Chapter 16: She Recovered!... Not Quite...

I may not see her but she'll be with me forever... after all she's my other half... she's my twin...

And with that I uttered an 'I love You' to amonee-chan and opened my eyes without further hesitation

After Jem's heartbeat stopped, seconds later it started beating again... weakly at first.

"clear"

The doctor tried reviving jem again and this time he succeded. The hosts have finally breath as jem's heartbeat was now normal

"what a miracle..."

The doctor had also heaved a sigh of relief

"When you brought her here, the wound wasnt deep and it hadnt damage any important nerves. Only lack of blood...its a relief that she's safe now... excuse me"

The doctor and the nurse had left.

The others had also rushed to jem's side greatful for the miracle

"thank goodness"

The twins said in sync and slowly drifted to sleep with a relief smile and tears of joy...the other hosts soon followed...

It has been a long, tiring and depressing day...

I opened my eyes and I could faintly hear the beeping of a machine... I cant see amonee-chan anymore... but she'll always be in my heart...

I tried to move and that's when I realized that two identical gingers were sleeping on opposite side of the sheets...

"oh, you're awake"

The door opened and a guy with glasses came in

"how do you feel jem?"

He asked as he smiled with relief and his eyes soften...

"um... you look familiar but I cant remember... who are?"

I asked with my head tilted to the side and he had froze there

"um... are you a doctor here?"

I furrowed my eyebrows and the bed sheet moved... I glanced down and saw that the two identical person were awake

"jem you're awake!?!"

The one on my right said crying happily

"thank goodness"

The one on the left smiled... he has a more high-pitched voice than the other

"um..."

I grabbed the blanket and pulled it closer to me... the door opened again and I saw a guy with blonde hair, one who is also a blondie but a kid, one who's tall, and a girl in boy's clothing

They rushed towards me asking questions at the same time... who are these people? It seems like I know them but I cant remember...

That's when I realized...Did amonee-chan do something? I could still remember my past though... She was killed by two bad man

"jem!"

the hosts shouted at me... wait... host?

"ah!"
