Joes POV

Dianne and I had planned on going out for the day, however it had begun pouring it down with rain. She sat by the glass door which lead to my small garden, watching the rain fall. She had a sad look on her face.
"What's wrong baby?" I asked softly, kneeling down next to her.
"The rain." She pouted. "I wanted to have a fun day."
"We can still have a fun day inside. I mean, Im here with you all day, what could get better than that?" I smiled, putting one arm round her.
"Youre right." She giggled, leaning up and kissing my nose. I smiled, pulling her in for a gentle kiss before pulling away.
"Come on." I pulled her up. We walked to my room, opening my wardrobe. We took out the onesies Zoe had brought us, putting them on. We grabbed all the pillows, duvet and blanket off my bed, carrying them to the sofa. We moved the coffee table, grabbing the stools from the kitchen, putting them to their tallest height before draping the blankets over them and over the sofa. We put all the pillows and cushions on the floor before Dianne curled up under the duvet. I smiled, getting a picture before she could hide herself. She lookee adorable. I put my phone down, walking to the kitchen, taking a pack of popcorn out, putting it in the microwave. Once it all popped I took it out the microwave, pouring it all into a bowl. I carried that to the living room and sat down, seeing that Dianne had decided to watch 'To All The Boys Ive Loved Before'. I smiled, pulling the duvet over me before pulling Dianne onto my lap. She held the bowl of popcorn, eating a majority of it while we watched the film. However I could only really focus on the beautiful red head sat in my lap. I wrapped my arms round her, holding her close to me.
"Youre warm." She muttered, snuggling into me more. I smiled, kissing her cheek, watching as she slowly began to fall asleep on me. I smiled, turning off the movie, laying her down in our pillow fort. I laid down next to her, wrapping my arms round her, holding her close to me.

Rainy days suddenly didnt seem to bad after all.
