Chapter 7

The next morning my mom got a call from court. They told us to come immediately. I didn't knew if there was good or bad news is. We drove to court and waited for the judge to come. The judge came in and sat on her chair.

"Hello everyone. Let mr. Grace come in please." She said.

Two cops came in with my dad. They put him on a chair and the judge spoke again.

"We listened to the stories of Sara Smith, Alexia Grace and mrs. Grace. With the stories we decided the punishment of mr. Grace." She said.

I got nervous. Right before the judge spoke again i felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around and saw Zach. I stood up and hugged him. I miss him.

"Mr. Grace will be in prison for 6 months. After that he will be banned of getting close to Sara Smith, Alexia Grace and mrs. Grace." The judge said.

"ONLY 6 MONTHS?! HE TRIED TO FREAKING KILL ME AND MY MOM!" I yelled. Zach quickly grabbed my arms and dragged me outside before i could do something i would regret. My legs were weak and i couldn't hold myself anymore. Before i fell on the ground Zach put his arms under my legs and back. I wrapped my arms around his neck and let my head rest against his shoulder. He walked to the car. Sara was walking behind us. I looked at her and she smiled at me. I smiled and rolled my eyes. Zach didn't let go of me and i sat on his lap in the car. Eventually i fell asleep.

When i woke up i was laying on Zach's chest on my bed. I looked up and saw Zach was sleeping. I just admired his cute sleepy face. He woke up a few minutes later.

"Hi beautiful." He smiled.

"Hey." I smiled back.

"Where's Sara?" I asked.

"Your mom is bringing her home at the moment." He answered.

He sat straight and so did i. We talked and eventually he came closer. Our lips were only a few inches apart.

"Do you mind if i-" I interrupted him and said "no." And he slammed his lips against mine. When i remembered he has a girlfriend i pushed him away softly.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"You have a girlfriend, remember?" I looked at my hands. He didn't say anything.

I broke the silence. "Maybe you should go."

He nodded and walked away.

I let him cheat on his girlfriend, i'm such a bad person. I thought. I immediately texted Sara.

I know you'll miss Zach, but if he let's you go for that Kay girl it's his loss.

I wanted to block or unfollow Zach on instagram but i just couldn't. Then i tried to block his number, but seeing the block button already hurt me. I decided to just ignore him like i did before.
