I woke up early and began training since the war was only two days away.My wolf kept pushing me to do my best and saying that I should visit my mate,I finally gave in and started on my way back to the hotel.I ran up to his room and knocked on his door "come in" I opened the door "hey can we talk?" He turns to me and smiles brightly "sure" I walk over to his bed and sit down "I don't want you to mark me yet" He sighs "why?" I stare into his eyes as he does the same "If I'm defeated during the war I'll have to die and if you mark me you'll die too,and I don't want that" He comes closer to me and takes my hand in his "I don't want to live without you" I smile "I know but if I die you have to find someone else that makes you happy" My wolf whimpered at the thought of our mate with someone else,he shook his head "you're the only one who makes me happy" I smile even brighter "But I mean it you will have to move on" He brings me impossibly closer "I will" he says in a sad voice but he leans in and I close the gap and our lips move in sync,His fingers gliding through my hair and my hands around his neck,I break the kiss "and I want you to know that I'll always love you" He smiles "and I'll always love you" He kissed my fore head "how's the pack? is training go well?" I asked "Yea we're ready and set to go" I hug him "Let's just hope that we succeed" He sighs "I don't want to lose you" I smile "I don't either" I say before we turn on the tv and cuddle together 'I hope that it will always be like this' my wolf whispers
