Amnesia

I was running in the woods late at night. I decided to go out for a late night jog, but anyways, i swore I heard something in the distance. I started to pick up the pace. The sound coming faster that usual. At this point, i was sprinting like my life depended on it, well, in this situation.... maybe it did. I figured I was not running from something, but someone. It felt like forever running in the dark. All of a sudden, I heard growls all around me. I saw a street up a head. I ran to the street to see if I could flag down any cars, but the road was completely deserted. The sound came closer to me, so I ran across the street into another set of woods. This time, their was more growling, even louder. It almost sounded like dogs??? My legs hurt from all this running. To the point they feel like jelly. I guess I'm thinking to much, because I tripped. I winced in pain as I tried moving my leg. I must've sprained my ankle. I am now hearing different sounds. It felt like someone was watching me. I got up and ran, well limped, but as fast as I could. I felt weird. I turned around while running to see if anything was chasing me, then everything went black.

My friends and I are werewolves with a few hidden powers. Well alot actually. I started laughing and the boys looked at me.

Boys-"Whatchu laughin at?"

They spoke at the same time.

Me-"Nothin."

Anyways, we have our own territory. Well a whole forest and much more to be exact. We were bored so we decided to shift and scout out our territory to see if we have intruders. Damn vampires and witches always find a way in. Even though we put up a barrier with all of our maguc. Cool right? Yeah, i know.

4 of us still need to find a mate. The only one who has one, is Corbyn. The nerd. The Bean. The...Corbyn.

So we ran into the woods and split up. A few minutes later, I used telepathy to talk to the guys.
Me-"Anyone find anything?"
All-"No"
We were done scouting until we heard leaves rustling in the background. Could it be someone/something running? It doesn't smell like a vampire tho. I looked at the guys.

Me-"Lets go."

They growled at me and we took off toward the source of the noise. Just as we almost caught up to it, I smelled vampires. We all must've because we turned around at the same time. Their stood 3 bloodsuckers with red eyes and fangs popping out.

Vamp 1-"We want no arguement. Let us catch out dinner, and we will leave."

Jo-"No. Our territory. Leave it or we will fight."

Vamp 2-"Then let the fight begin."

They lunged at us but we dodged them. I challenged the "leader" of their group. Jonah and Daniel went for Vamp 2. Zach and Corbyn went for Vamp 3. Yes. That would make me Jack.

I was so close to ripping off the vamps head when I heard a whimper. I looked and saw Zach on the ground. The vamp was on top of Corbyn, struggling out of the strong grip those bloodsucking freaks produced.

I growled and took off toward my comrads. I heard Corbyn whimper and Zach attempting to get up but miserably failing. I ran faster and took out the vamp. I tore his head off. Corbyn and Zach recovered rather than quickly. Jonah and Daniel finished with Vamp 3.

Something didn't feel right. Oh shit! The leader got up and ran toward the mysterious object, i call "it".

We ran after him. I was faster because I am the alpha. I looked ahead of the Vamp with mt Foresight, and saw a girl limping, scared out i get mind. I smelt blood, coming from her ankle. unable to move any faster than she already was. Something about her motivated me to run faster.

Just as the vamp reached his arm out to catch her, I pounced on him. Their was something telling me to save her, protect her, be there for her. I guess it was my inner wolf, (Jace), who told me to. I growled at the vamp before attempting to rip his head off. He flipped me over and gripped my neck.

He opened his mouth to reveal his sharp fangs. He, then sunk down into my neck. I felt the life being drained out of me. My vision went blurry. I whimpered, unable to move. I heard growling and in a blur, Jonah took out the vamp. I got up and wobbled a bit, but Zach and Corbyn went on each side and held me up.

I watch as Daniel held the vamp down and Jonah ripping his head off. I closed my eyes, but my senses heightened. I smell more blood coming from the girl.

Again, I used my foresight and located her. She's unconsious. Guess I'm right about her ankle. It looks broken. Sprained, i don't know. Her head has a cut on it, blood running down her face. I need to do something fast. I shook my head.

Me-"Guys, we need to get her, and fast. Shes lost to much blood."

All but Jack-"Lets go, now!"

We ran towards her, but I course I was faster. My vision started getting blurry again, but I shook my head and pushed it off. When I reached her, she looked beautiful but lifeless.
I sniffed around, to make sure no one else was near. The boys are a good 50 meters behind. But something smelled sweet. Like honey mixed with vanilla and a hint of flowers. A rose to be exact.

I slowly walked up to her, still in my wolf form, and used my nose to slowly removed her hand from her ankle. It was swollen, discolored, and bleeding.
I licked her ankle til their was no more blood. I did the same with her face. She twitched a little, showing she was alive. I was relieved.

I changed into my human form and laid next her. I heard the others trying to communicate with me, but i ignored them. I pulled her into my arms, she was cold. I brushed the hair out of her face and kissed her forehead. Before the darkness took over, I heard muffled steps and several gasps. The boys stood infront of our bodies.

All but Jack-"JACK!!!"

After that, darkness fell upon me in no time. It was like I was their, but not. I used my intelligent thinking and realized what that stupid bloodsucker did to me. How it took so much affect on me. I came to the realization, he poisoned me. Of course, when I thought I was actually smart. I thought he took my blood, but he released his toxins in me. Im just happy I got to her in time. I'm just glad shes safe. I know shes the one. Her scent. Her blood. I found you my Sweet Delicate Flower.

You are the one.
