Mate...?

I woke up in an unfamilar room. It was beautiful...but where am I? I tried getting up but my head was throbbing and my ankle hurt. I threw the covers off me to reveal my bandaged ankle.

I saw 2 pills and a cup of water on a nightstand next to the bed as I sat up. I took them into my hand, but set them down again. These could be poisonous pill for all i know.

I sat up on the edge of the bed and attempted to stand up. Once I got my grasp on life, I used all my strength to stand up. Finally, standing on 2 feet. I started walking but my damaged leg gave out. I fell to the floor, causing my head slightly hit the wall. It began throbbing more than it already was. I put my arms under my body as i tried pushing myself up. Then I heard the door slam open and several pairs of feet moving at a fast pace.

Then I was slowly lifted from under my arms and set gently on the bed. I looked up and saw 5 guys. A tall brown haired boy, a blue eyed tooth gap cutie, young Rosy Locks, Jack Frost and Ramen noodles. I looked at them confused, they returned the look with concern.

???-"Did you take the pills?" Noodle head asked. I shook my head no. I couldnt find the words the speak. He looked at Tooth Gap and nodded his head. Tooth Gap walked to the night stand and grabbed the pills, handing them to Ramen. He spoke with great concern.

???-"Please take them. I know your in pain."

I slowly shook my head no. Ramen kneeled down and slowly slid his hand to grasp my ankle. I winced in pain, then he stopped.

???-"Please. Just take them. We arent going to hurt you. I cant stand seeing you in pain."

I opened my mouth and managed to say some things.
Me-"C-could...be..p-poison. How..can..I..trust?"

Ramen took one of the pills and put it in his mouth with water and swallowed it. I looked at him a little shocked. I thought to myself, 'maybe i can trust them?'

I looked at him and a small smile plastered onto his face. I took the pill out of his hand and looked at it. I put it in my mouth with water and swallowed. My throat felt weird. Like its somewhat closed. I managed to swallow the pill, but it ended a bit horrifying. It left me coughing.

What the hell! As I was coughing, i held the right side of my stomach because it hurt like hell. Noodles went to the left side of me and rubbed my back. The tall one went to my other side and told me to breathe. I tried but it wasnt helping.

???-"We need to tell her fast."

???-"Now is not the time Jack!"
Rosy yelled.

Atleast i know one of their names. I started to calm down when I felt like throwing up. Before when i woke up, i saw a bathroom connected to the room I was in. So i ran to the toilet. I could care less about my ankle at the moment. So I ran through the pain.

The boys ran after me. I kneeled over the toilet and let it all out. The only problem was that...i threw up blood? I kept throwing up, holding my right side. It hurts for some reason. What even happened in the woods?

Why cant i remember anything?

Jack-"Guys we need to use our powers to heal her. If not she may die!"

I was finally done puking, but i lost alot of blood. I laid on the cold wet floor as the boys tried telling me to stay awake.

???-"Dont close your eyes!"

???-"Please stay strong."

Jack-"Guys??"

Jack lifted up my shirt to reveal a huge red, black and purple bruise.
All of the boys gasped.
