I sat up panting trying to catch my breath. I took a few deep breathes checking the time, it was already 3 PM. How long had I slept? I jumped out of bed trying not to think of the last few days events. I questioned whether to visit the hospital or not, it's not like I needed to go there it's just a feeling I had of wanting to be there with her. I shut up my thoughts remembering she didn't know who I was.

I jumped hearing the front door click open,

WHO IS IT? I yelled from upstairs.

The only person you've given your keys too!! A female voice shouted.

A look of confusion went over my face, I couldn't remember giving my keys to anyone, except Lucy. I opened my door looking down from the top of the staircase to the front door, I gasped a little,

Lisanna? She smiled giving me a wave. I returned a slightly fake smile back,

Just curious.. I never gave you the keys to my house... I said leaning against the stairs railing.

Oh silly! I took them from Lucy! Since she doesn't know who you are I'm the next best option to keep them. She giggled dangling the keys from her hand, I looked at them seeing another key hanging from the side of the one that opened the front door. It was gold with an Aquarius sign on it, my eyes widened realising what it was.

I walked up to Lisanna snatching the keys and ripping the golden one of and keeping the house keys in my hand.

You can have my house keys, I can deal with that, but you can take something so precious away from her. I held the key firmly in my hand, recalling a memory from over a year ago.

Lucy what's that you got there? Another piece of trash you picked up on the street?  She glared at me holding the shiny golden thing in her hand.

She mumbled curse words at my facing the opposite direction. I grabbed her chin pulling her face back towards me,

What is it? She rolled her eyes questioning whether to tell me or not.

It's my mothers. Her voice was low as she looked down at the ground still holding the golden item.

A key she held close to her heart, she said that she'd give it to me when she passes. So I can treasure it. It's existed for hundreds of years... Even if it doesn't look like it. She looked up at me for a second but quickly broke the eye contact. I cursed under my breathe realising what I had just said.

I didn't do anything just apologised quietly, I shouldn't have said that I mumbled to myself with a sigh. I looked back up seeing the blonde haired girl's eyes have a slight shine to them as she stared down at the golden key.

I put my hand on her shoulder,

She'd be glad you kept it. Take good care of it okay? She nodded wiping away the forming tears and pushing my hand off her shoulder, no matter what I did nothing could change the fact we weren't friends, even if we acted like it she'd always hate me.

I looked up at the ivory haired girl who rolled eyes.
