Avia's POV
We're in the car, on the way to the hospital so I can see Faith. The boys are at home, Gavin didn't want to come, and the other two are still too young, according to Mom and Dad. Emmi's sitting next to me, almost asleep. It's not even that late, only about five, and we still have an hour left in the car to go.
The radio's playing softly, Shake it Off coming in through the speakers. It's one of my favorite songs, and I sing it quietly to myself, not in the mood to scream it like usual. I'm sad, but not like I was before. I'm trying to look on the bright side of this, and tell myself that there's still a good chance that Faith will be alright. Dad's focused on the road, because it's quite slippery from the snow. Mom said it's a good thing we have snow tires right now, so it's not like we're sliding all over the road.
"And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate." I sing to myself, smiling a little. Mom notices and turns the volume up a little, to which Emmi groans.
"Turn it down." She whines, trying to sleep.
Mom laughs quietly and turns the volume down a little, but not as low as it was before.
"Baby I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake." I laugh as we keep going down the road.

We're getting closer to the hospital, and I'm getting really nervous. There's butterflies in my stomach, but not the good kind I used to get when I was around Csesar. I can tell Emmi's nervous too, but not as much as me. She's been telling me about what it was like in the hospital ever since she decided it was pointless to sleep.
"C'mon girls." Mom holds her hand out for me, and I forget that we're here. I take it and we walk towards the entrance. Emmi starts holding Dad's hand, and we go to the elevator.
Mom presses the button for the third floor, and we start to go up. It dings at the top, and we walk out. I'm really nervous now, and I'm squeezing my mom's hand. She rubs her thumb over it and I calm down a little. Dad and Emmi lead us to a desk, where a lady at a computer tells us that we can go to Faith's room.
"That's Laura." Emmi says to me. "She's really nice. She gave me a sucker the other day."
I smile small and we walk into the room with Faith's name and information on the door.
I see Faith on the bed, looking dead and cold. She's not though, I can tell by the lines going up and down on the monitor. She has lots of machines hooked up to her, and I almost cry right there. She looks so small, and a bunch of bruises are on her face. No, they're all over her body. I whimper, and Mom picks me up and sets me on her lap.
"She'll be okay." She tells me, and I lean into her. Faith looks so fragile, and it's scaring me.
"I hope so." I say.

Shay's POV
All three of my girls are asleep, I'm the only one still awake. Colette brought the girls to get a snack earlier, then Laura offered to take them for a tour around the hospital. They came back and fell asleep after asking me numerous questions invloving Faith and if she woke up while they were gone.
Since they've fallen asleep, nothing's happened, besides the doctors coming in every once in a while when her machines beeped or spiked, scaring me actually. She keeps having these up's and down's, and I can only hope she wakes up soon enough.
It's close to five in the morning now, and I haven't slept one bit. I'm on YouTube, replying to some comments, when I decide to make a one taker. Colette and I agreed that we could tell the viewers about Faith's condition whenever I was ready, and I think now's a good time.
