the entire day was busy as the place itself. but it feels so refreshing coming back to work though.

during the afternoon, i did some check ups around the gift shops and went out for a stroll myself. it was such a relief that i didn't got lost somehow.

the sun was setting down when i got in the cafe. it was showing its ravishing view, right before my eyes.

i looked into the sky that had been painted with great splendor making me set all my worries away.

taking a sip of my now cold coffee that was supposed to warm me up from the sudden change of weather became powerless.

soon it was time for me to come back to work after taking a short break.

there are few paperworks that is due tomorrow and im the one who's assigned to finish them.

i'll be home late today, i guess.

the rain starts pouring again and the view from the window gets blurred from the fog.

then suddenly, someone at knocked my table and immediately, my eyes followed the hand of whoever who owns it.

"miss jung, manager-nim wants you in his office right now." mr. seo said as i rose up in my seat.

seconds later, i found myself standing near the door to our team manager's office. but then i got a little nervous and decided to take my time preparing myself to face him.

just as when i thought of opening the doorknob, the papers from mr. lee's desk got rustled. he then hurriedly picks them back again.

that was the cue for me to come in, and Manager-nim got a little bit flustered to see me in his office. he really looks so tired and stressed out today.

didn't he called for me? was i in the wrong timing? oh no. i might get scolded as well.

i helped him pick up the remaining pieces of paper and laid them on his desk. i see him massaging his temples again and it looks like he has calmed down.

"miss jung, you're here. can you please make 5 copies of this report? i really need to finish this today."

he said as he handed me a thick pile of papers that's waiting for me to be taken at the photocopier.

i took them to the machine and started making copies of each just as how he told me. then i came after to return them to his office.

the papers were on his side as he was sleeping so peacefully. his face is too different when he's awake. he looks so calm just now.

but what am i standing here for? why am i talking about mr. lee? eunbi, go get a grip, he has a good jawline that cuts but-

he's still lee taeyong, your strict team manager.

i should probably get going now. it's getting late, plus im also hungry. geez.

as soon as i get out of the airport, i sprinted my way to the bus shuttle to get a ride home or else i'll walk my sole off and end up sleeping in a sauna.

the rain hasn't stopped at all and it seems like it's getting even more stronger as time passes.

psh, this is bad, i didn't even got to buy myself an umbrella! but no matter what, i shouldn't catch a cold.

later, the bus arrived at my destination. i hurriedly get off and found myself a great shield from the rain. it was my coat.

actually it's not that great. i'd still get wet after i reach my place.

my tummy's rumbling again, uh-oh. luckily, i came across at a chicken shop. i've been to this place twice and i could say that this place sells good chicken.

the smell of food takes away my hunger as it sticks into my nose. i could even imagine eating it. it makes me more hungry, to be honest.

i saw a tall figure that's standing near the light post, few meters away from my location. that person was holding an umbrella with their hands tucked into their coat.

he looked like he's waiting for someone. he reminded me of Jungwoo, that's it, i need to hurry!

right from the moment i passed by the person, the umbrella was covering me, making him get soaked a little from the rain.

i was quite shocked from the fact that a stranger would cover me with their umbrella until i saw who it was.

"what took you so long to come home? it's late." the guy with the umbrella asked me as he looks at my damped hair.

"why were you waiting for me?" i asked him back as i pulled him under the umbrella.

"you made me worried. it was raining hard and you sprained your ankle." jungwoo said.

he got something from his pocket and gave it to me. "here's a towel, i brought this just in case if you got soaked and it turns out that you didn't have your umbrella with you," he added.

"sorry for making you wait, i had paperworks to finish urgently." i said to him while drying my hair.

"let's go, shall we? i brought chicken on my way home." i added and we continued walking.
