"there was something between the two of you...." lucas said while looking at the window.

"that we don't know about." he said, ending his narration.

"come on Lucas, that's too vauge!" i said as crossed my arms and pouted.

"why? were you dissapointed because this is all you'll get from me?" he asked teasingly.

"n-no, i just want to confirm something." i replied.

"someone's being..." he muttered words that was difficult for me to hear.

"ah, about your journal. i never knew about it until you told me today." he added, putting his chin on his hand, looking like he's thinking about something.

"that's not it!" i said to him.

"then what is it?" he said as he looked up.

"right..."

"you have someone you like, and we both know her personally."

"who is she?" i asked, feeling puzzled.

"read it in your journal, for sure she's written in there!" lucas said.

"i did read some but I have no idea of who she was," i replied.

"wow." he muttered with all the amusement in his face.

"that's impossible, you know her too well!" he added.

i glared at him. is he really my best friend?

"s-scary! don't glare at me like that, jungwoo... i was also planning to tell you about this anyway." he said.

"so, who is the one that i like?" i asked him for the nth time.

lucas was about to speak but then he got taken aback as someone was knocking on the door.

it revealed her. then he spoke as soon as she entered.

"jung eunbi." he stated, making me get caught off guard. i didn't know what to say.

"oh? lucas?! you're here!" eunbi said as she peeked at the door.

"you're here too," he replied.

"here, you two could share this. i found myself craving for food," she said as she handed a bowl of bibimbap.

man. it. looks. so. tasty. i. suddenly. feel. hungry.

"i shouldn't miss this chance since you rarely do this! thank you so much for this!" lucas said gratefully.

"i don't rarely do this before-" she said, defending herself.

"okay, we'll eat this well! bye!" lucas said, as he closed the door, completely cutting her off.

"that was rude!" i said to him, lowering my voice.

"but she almost found out! we kept that a secret for too long," he replied.

"we did? so no one knows about it, only us?" i asked him.

"yes, but you're way too obvious!" he said while laughing a bit.

"let's just eat." he added and started digging into the food.

"alright," i replied and started eating right away.

everything that's in my mouth feels like they're dancing, the flavor and the smell of it—the bibimbap tastes so great!

"it's so good! i think i need another bowl of it," i said with full of awe.

"i told you, she's a good cook." lucas said as he nodded.

"oh, i guess so." i replied, making my way to the kitchen sink.

"by the way, when will your sister come?" he asked with full of anticipation.

"noona haven't called for a while now, perhaps she's still busy with work." i replied.

my instinct tells me not to introduce her to them…especially him

"ah—do you still have your playstation?" he added.

"mmm, go check, i forgot where i put it." i said to him, still doing the dishes.

"for real?! you're allowing me to use it?" lucas exclaimed in great joy. he looks so thrilled to play.

"yeah. i can't find reasons why i can't let you use it." i replied as i was drying my hands with the towel.

"oh my god! this is a miracle! you never let me use this before," he said, astonished with what's happening.

"then there must be really a reason why, you're just lucky that i can't remember yet." i said to him as i walked towards him.

"very lucky. i've been wanting to play this!" he said as he started moving the joystick happily.

"i'll go first. please return them properly." i reminded him before going to my room.

"okay!" he said, making an 'ok' hand gesture.

i need to read more to know more of it. i'm certain i haven't reached the bottom of my journal.

also, i couldn't recall anything yet.

incase some of you are wondering, for now the story will be in jungwoo's pov, i'll just inform everyone when im changing it back to eunbi's.
