On the way to school Danni's mom kept making sure that Danni was set for her first day.
A few minutes later they pulled up to the school and Danni just watched as all the stupid seniors did their stupid senior things.
"You ready, sweetie?" Her mom asked as she parked.
"Yeah sure." She said sarcastically. "I just can't wait to walk into the school my brother ruined for me."
"Danni, don't blame your brother for this." Her mom said grabbing her hand. "Just act like yourself, not like Michael." She winked.
"Fine." Danni said and opened the door.
"Bye." Her mom said as she closed the door.
As Danni walked closer to the front door of the school she started to feel like everyone was watching her.
She slowly turned around and saw most of the students looking at her.
Some were murmuring things to their friends and some just stood there watching her.
Danni was shocked that that many people knew who she was even though Michael was gone.
"So you're the new Clifford?" Someone asked behind her.
She turned to see a boy, probably a junior, leaning against the wall.
"Ah yeah." She said shyly not really knowing what to say.
He walked over to her and put out his hand.
"I'm Landon." He said. "I was one of Michael's little toys a couple years ago."
She bit her lip and shook his hand.
"But don't worry I won't do the same to you." He said and walked off.
