A friendly Octoling? Ok.
I walked through the strange canyon with Vanessa never leaving me alone.
Something was tingling in my brain, like a lost memory or something but I couldn't place what.
We kept walking until we our legs hurt. Ok, let me rearrange that wording.
My legs hurt.
Vanessa apparently could walk for hours and hours at a time, where as I could only walk for like, half an hour.
I sat down on a hunk of rock and looked around. There was no visible exit out of this canyon.
Then I saw something. A giant pile of rubble. I walked over to it and started climbing, and of course Vanessa followed.
Soon I was almost over the pile!
But that's when it hit.
The pain in my head...
I fell off the pile and fell into Vanessa, knocking us both off the pile of rocks.
I reached up to feel if my forehead was hot, and I stopped.My hair was gone.
In its place, there was tentacles.
Vanessa looked over. "Octo?"
Did she just call me an Octo?
"Oh nonononono.." I say.
I can't be an Octoling of all things!
Yeah, maybe it could be of use but still. I'd rather be an inkling than an Octoling.
Wait. Does that mean the transformation was done?
Yup. As soon as I turned into a miniature octopus I knew I was screwed.
Was there a way to reverse my current condition? Probably not.
I panicked.
The transformation is complete...
