Today is the day we perform at the Teen Choice Awards.
This past week, rehearsals have been really good.
Me and Nick keep flirting back and forth.
Hopefully there is a future between the two of us.
"Carson hurry up we are about to go on" Maddie tells me snapping me out of my thoughts.
Putting on my costume as fast as I can I near trip but catch myself.
Then with one last look in the mirror I head out to where Maddie and Nick are and we walk to the side wing of the stage.
"You ready" I ask the both of them in which they nod enthusiastically.
We then take the stage.
Dancing was my release.
It helped me forget about anything and everything.
It's the one thing that makes me feel alive.
So when the dance came to an end I was sad but knew I could dance again later.
The hours went by pretty fast after we got off the stage and before I knew it, it was time for awards.
We got first which wasn't really a surprise for anyway.
Now it was time to rush to the Teen Choice Awards.
