After stepping out of the portal Gwen appeared on a rooftop and immediatly started to feel dizzy and a little confused. She stumbled and fell to the floor of the rooftop. Right then she she heard someone shout her name. She rose her head saw him.  Gwen was smiling  when Miles went down from one of the taller rooftops. He helped her to her feet. Gwen hugged him and clutched him tightly. -"I've missed you."-She said.
-"I've missed you, too."- Miles answered
Gwen lifted her head up and kissed him on the lips. Miles was a bit surprised but quickly got over it and returned the kiss. Both of them had faint smiles on their faces when they parted. Miles then realised something, "Hey Gwen, what are you doing here? I mean, I'm really, really glad you are, but: Why? "
-"Well, it's a long story."
-"We've got time." -Miles took her hand.
Gwen then told him everything that had happened  since they had last met: Her runaway with Harry Osborn  and her showdown with Logan. She becoming infected with the symbiote, and finding her dad had been put in a coma by the Rhyno, under the orders of the Kingpin, then she going on a rampage, almost killing both of them, but then getting thrown  to another dimension, meeting the Gwen from that Earth, who was  living a happy life with Peter Parker, not knowing that he was in fact Spider-Man. Her counterpart helped her return home. There, she faced the Kingpin and decided against killing him. After the battle, her father woke up, and she found a way to control the symbiote.
Gwen was crying when she finished. Miles hugged her and caressed her back, "It's okay, Gwen. It's over."-
They were quiet for some minutes, still holding each other, until Gwen stiffled a little yawn. "Hey- Miles saud- You look tired. Do you, er wanna come to... my place? I mean, so you can get some sleep, I mean. I, eh..."-Miles blushed and Gwen chucled.- Yeah, I do. I'm wrecked."
They both swung together back to Miles's home and entered through the window. He then looked at his small bedroom, with clothes on the floor, and the plates still unwashed on the kitchen sink and said, -"I'm really sorry it's not much. I just moved in and..."- Gwen interrupted him with a light peck on the lips -"It's perfect"
-"Thanks- he smiled- "Sooo. You take the bedroom, I'll have the couch." - Gwen nodded and went to the bedroom but interrupted herself.
-"Miles?"
-"Yeah?"
-Would you mind... staying with me tonight?"
