I woke up to the sound of Prim screaming and crying.She had a dream that she was standing in front of the elevator when it blew. Our dad blown apart. "Daddy No!" she screamed then fell to her knees.I hugged her then calmed her down. She wiped away the tears and then layed back down. I told her i had to go. I went to the Mellark Bakery and traded some cheese for a biscuit,for me and Gale to share. I saw Gale sitting by the pond me and my dad went to when i was Little. He was looking at his reflection in the water. I TKDAY up on him then punch him playfully.He about pee's himself because i scared the crap out of him. We almost die laughing. I show him the biscuit e grabs it and gives me half. "May the odds be ever in your favorBPbOo" I say before i take a bite. He starts talking bout how the Capitols messed up and that the hunger games is wrong. So i tell him we need to get going so we can get ready for the reaping. He walks with me home, i tell him goodbye then go inside to get ready. I walk in and prim is in a white shirt and skirt with her hair in two braids. My mom tells me she has a dress for me. I wash up then i put it on. Its a navy Blue drees that comes down to my knees and ties in the back. Me and Prim walk down to the town square. She freaks out when she sees people getting there DNA taken by PeaceKeepers. I tell her every things alright. We get our blood taken then we go stand in our age groups. I see Gale and we smile to each other. Effie Trinket walk onto the stage in Tennis Shoe like heels. Shes also wearing a maroon dress that comes down between her thighs and knees. It has ruffes at the bottom and around the shoulders. She also has a purple jacket on. She has purplish and white hair that bunches on top of her hair perfectly with her curls. She says ladies first then picks a name. "Primrose Everdeen" She read. I stood completely still in shock.She starts to walk forward." i volunteer, i volunteer as tribute i scream!" PeaceKeepers escort me onto stage. Then for the boys Efiie says.I stand there shaking but im not going to cry it will just make things worse. "Peeta Mellark" She reads. As soon as Efiie Called his name i rememberd. I was siting under a tree in the rain, i had fallen asleep wile trying to sell my baby clothes.He burnt two loafs of bread He fed one to his pigs then he thew the other one at me. He looked so scared on stage. Terrified like someone in his family just died right in front of him and he couldn't do anything to save them. We got to say goodbye to love ones.Prim and my mom came in, i promised i would try to win for. Then they left and Gale came in. He told me i had a chance, a good chance of me wining.When Gale Left we got escorted onto the train. The train was filled with colors and food and smells that we didn't have in district 12. There where lots of chairs that where different shades of red. There was all sorts of food; Cupcakes,Cakes,Fruits and meats. Turkey,Beef and ham. There was also lots of drinks; Alcohol, There was also something called hot chocolate it was rich and creamy! Then coffe it was bitter, to me but everyone else loved it. I had to add alot of sugar for me to like coffe.

Peeta Pov

I was scared out of my mind! i didnt know what to do. I would have to kill people to win. I make bread, what am i spposed to know about killing. Maybe i can light them on fire! i though silently. I began looking out the window when we got on the train. The other districts where so much richer then us the had alot of things we dont have. Suddenly i hear "Peeta!" it was Katniss apparently she was talking but i wasnt answering. I asked her what she thinks the capitol is like. she said thats what she was talking to me about. She got anoyed so she just started looking around.I looked at her eyes. They where Sparkly Green. She has nice calm eyes, that would make you feel safe. Then we where at the capitol.I got up then started to wave at everyone. They had all sorts of shades of colors, Blue's,Green's,Pink's,Yellows and oranges. They all looked crazy but thats there fashion. There where even pink dogs! We got off the train an escorted to our rooms. It was a nice place. Filled with colors.

Katniss Pov

Haymich said that Cinnas going to show us off to the world. I was expecting a coal miners outfit, but instead we got dressed in something else.Cinna dressed us up in black fullbody leotards, with a texture from far away it looks like the heat that comes off the top of the fire. Close up it looks like cole has been rubbed against our bodies. My favorite part is the way my hair is stylied. Cinna asked if my hair is tempoarily died. " i don't care" i say. Its going to be blown on the crown off my head then below is an orangish color. The rest it bright cherry red. The way Cinna puts it up in pins and clips make it look like a flame,but not supid. Peeta's hair is died like mine and spiked up with gel. Our chariot is pulled by 2 Beautiful white horses with silky manes. They stood tall and walk proud. Our capes are light on fire and our hair blend into the flames. We make our way down the Pathway. Me and Peeta stand there waving to the croud. He grabs my hand and we hold hands.When we get to the end of the pathway Haymitch and Effie are there waiting for me and Peeta.When me and Peeta get off the Chariot,I look to my left and see the boy and girl for district 2.The boy Is about 6'2 he has blonde hair and sparkly blue eyes. He looks very strong.His eyes are his best feature the way the sparkel in the light. The girl is Small and has lots of freckles. She also has long black hair. She has a game face. Born to kill. The boy i think hos name is Cato, i thought i heard them call him that. I caught him staring at me.He walked by and he droped a paper but kept walking.I picked up the paper. It read"Umm hi im Cato heres my number give me a call 502237" I smiled then i kept the paper tight in my had so i wouldnt loose it.. Haymitch and Effie Walked us back to our rooms. My room had a aqua fuzzy blanket and 2 soft green pillows. I also have a remote that can change the back round of my room . I changed the back round to the woods. i looked at the picture it reminded me to much of home and if i wil ever get back home so i made it back to the night sky. Then rememberd the paper. I dialed the number into my phone that wass on my night stand.

"Hello' " i said

"Katniss is that you?"he asked

"yeah, so what did you want?"i replied

"i thought you are really pretty so i wanted to know if you wanted to come over " he replied

"I just wanted to talk because I'm curious for why you gave me your number and stuff." I said

I quickly ran down the hallway then made a sharp turn towards the elivator almost falling over a plant. I was wearing a tight sky blue shirt and black skinny jeans with holes on my thighs. when Igot on the elevator i didnt remember what floor he was on then remembered that Effie said that each district had a floor named after the district number. On the elevator I calm myself down enough so he doesn't know I'm flipping the hell out. I knock on the door and he opens in a pair of black very comfortable looking sweats. "Hi," I say. "Hi," He says. Right then the girl comes out and she was in a....lets just say i don't think that she expected someone home right then.
