Kiea
As we land in Rudendorf, in a small blank canvas of grass on the outskirts of the city dome I see a wave of citizens gathering at the edge. I smile on the inside, the bride brimming in my chest is something ive never felt before.
They are proud of me. Malaki smiles from next to me on the bridge. "Youre citizens are waiting for their queen." He whispers. It snaps me out of the small trance im in and I shake my shoudlers.
We arrive as a unit, myself leading with the three men behind me, to the opening of the city and the sound of applause takes over around me. Its almost overwhelming to my senses. Cheers of thanks and pride are all round me.
"Thank you for landing us safely your highness!" The men and woman who came in the first shipment start to holler. "You did it our highness!" Another man cried.
"Long live Kiea" A woman screams.
The few children who came are scattered playing with sticks and dirt around the city edge. My eyes stuck looking at them longer than I expected, when zed steps up to my side.
"A childhood I'm sure they are thankful to have." He whispered to me. I look to see him smiling kindly to me. A soft expression on his face.
Hes seems truly kind. I raise my hand high in the air, causing the crowd to quiet.
"Thank you all for your support. Now that we are here- we have a job to do. I request all department leader teams to join me and this team of earth leaders behind me. We will discuss environmental tests and safety brifings immediately." I walk forward a bit to lex who looks between me and the masked men behind me.
"Lex, where is the city center, I would like to have the meeting there." I ask him without looking to him. "This way, your highness." He bows sarcastically. I shove him a bit before joining his side.
"Thank you- for rescuing me." I say. "That was all those 3...The Martian especially. He knew you were female within a second of holding you. He is smarter than he leads on." Lex tells me.
We both turn to see zed is walking behind Hendrix and Malaki. "You should know there seems to be relationship, drama..." He whispers. I nod. "Seems the small one is left out- a shame really." Lex smirks.
We enter a large center surrounded by natural overgrowth. The cement area is bigger than the central room on the main ship.
Its open to the blue sky, the glass dome above us. We arrange ourselves like we would at home, lex and I in the front, the three earth men besides me to my right and the comity before us.
