Caroline was the first one to wake up. When she noticed her girls weren't in the bed, she got worried and woke Klaus up. She didn't hear anything downstairs and was scared because of what Elijah had told her the night before.
"Klaus, Klaus." She said as she tapped his shoulder.
"What is it, love?" He said in his sleepy voice, which she loved.
"The girls aren't in bed and I don't hear anything downstairs." She said as she got out of bed and put some shorts on.
As Caroline said that, Klaus immediately got up and put shorts on. He was still shirtless and Caroline didn't have a bra on, but that wasn't their concern right now. They each vamp sped throughout the house meeting in the living room. "Klaus," she said panting. "Where are my babies?" She said with tears running down her face. Everyone was gone. There was no Elijah, no Rebekah, no Kol, no Freya, no Katherine, none of her girls, they were all gone.

"I am going to kill whoever took my angels from me." Klaus said very angrily as he went upstairs and got dressed. He would get to the bottom of this. Even if it was the last thing he did.

"Klaus, we need to find the others first."

"Caroline, are you mad? We need to find our girls before something terrible happens to them." He said angry, but with a tear streaming down his face.

"Nik, its okay." She said as she walked over to him, cupping his face and wiping his tear away. Caroline was indeed scared for her children's well being, but she hated seeing Klaus so tore up like this. "We will find them, but we need to find your siblings first. We don't know who took them or what we're up against. Sure, we have people to help us find our girls, but what's better than the whole Mikaelson family fighting as one?" She said with a slight smile. She was hurting, more than she would ever admit. Her babies were gone, and she couldn't do anything about it.

"You're right, love. Let's look around to see if we can find anything to help us locate the others. I'll do upstairs, you do downstairs." He said, and then he was gone.

Caroline went down to the basement, better known as the dungeon. She had never been down here before, but she planned on making multiple trips to torture the bastard that was responsible for taking her precious, little angels. As she went to the basement, she noticed there was a syringe on the ground. She picked it up and quickly threw it down when she realized it had vervain all over it. It burned her skin. "Ow!" She said.

Klaus must have heard her because he was at her side in a matter of seconds. "What is it, love?"

"There was a syringe down here, so I picked it up and the damn thing had vervain all over it." She said, still pissed because it still burned. Klaus must've noticed because he grabbed her hand and gently kissed it. Caroline and Klaus walked down the hallway some more until they came to a room with the door slightly opened. Caroline tried to walk in first, but was abruptly stopped when Klaus grabbed her arm and stepped in front of her. She scoffed at the alpha male move he just had to make.

"I've just gotta be careful, love. I can most definitely not risk your life." He said while smirking at her. Gosh! Why did he have to be so hot!

"I can take care of myself, Klaus." She said, not taking her eyes off of him.

"I know, love. That's one of the reasons I love you." He said, smiling at her. He took her hand and stepped in the room first. He made sure that if anything were to happen, he would be the one to get hurt and not Caroline. He lead the way in the dark room when he almost tripped over something. Caroline reached to the wall and turned the light on. They were shocked when they saw the bodies of all their friends and family on the ground. They didn't have veins over their faces, so they weren't dead which is good. They were just knocked out with vervain. Caroline went to walk out of the room to get blood bags. She figured they'd be hungry after being knocked out with vervain. As Caroline went to step out of the room, she realized she couldn't. There was a barrier spell preventing them from leaving the room.

"Klaus?"

"Yes, love."

"I can't get out. Like I literally can not leave this damn room." She said, clearly irritated.

"Watch out, Caroline."

"Um, Klaus. What makes you think you can get through and I can't?"

"Caroline, I am a hybrid."

"Okay, and? You're still dead, therefore you won't be able to get out." Caroline said. Why did he have to be stubborn? Ugh.

"Watch and learn, love." He said with a smirk. He went to the back of the room and vamp sped to try and get out of the room. He was in for a rude awakening when he was thrown back from the barrier.

"Hmm! What did I tell you Mr.Hybrid." She said, mocking him. "And Klaus, don't call me Caroline again." She said glaring.

"Yes ma'am." Caroline liked her name, but Klaus usually only said it when they were being intimate, having a very serious and intimate conversation, when he was trying to get her attention, or when they were yelling and arguing. Caroline went ahead and called Bonnie saying that she needed her asap! Bonnie wasn't far. She hadn't really left New Orleans about 6 years ago. She just travelled around the town, not really staying in the same spot for too long. New Orleans was bigger than you would expect. Bonnie soon got there after a hour. By then, all the others had woken up and were eager to get out of the small room. They all went upstairs. While they were all drinking their blood bags, Klaus and Caroline quickly sat down and were the first to speak.

"Who took our girls?" That was all Klaus managed to say while his and Caroline's hands were intertwined.
