"I think my gears are damaged."
That simple sentence made you choke on your cereal, coughing violently as Izuku sent you a worried glance. Grimacing at the chunk of cereal that went flying out, dropping onto the floor.
"D-Damaged?" You shuddered, thinking the worse, as the green blob looked at the chunk of cereal on the floor.
"It's nothing too bad,"The green eyed boy frowned, placing a hand to his lower stomach, "Maybe it's my E card? Impossible, it's always checked before I get sent out, which leaves the only option to be—"
"Quit muttering," You complained, watching as the boy across from you turned red with embarrassment.
"I'm sorry (M/n)!"
"Forget it, anyway what the hell is an E card?"
Izuku made a poker face at that, remembering how you didn't even bother reading the instructions for him. So with a sigh he explained:
"My E Card, is kind of like a Emotion Card. It helps transmits feelings into my system, however, if it is damaged then my emotions will become very limited," He picked up your now empty bowl of cereal, going to the sink to wash up.
"Limited? As in, you'll lose some emotions?" You questioned, watching as your hero washed the dishes with a hum.
"Sadly," He responded, frowning deeply.
"S-Serioisly?! How can we fix it, is there a place we can go?" You asked, thinking of all the worse possibilities of Izuku losing his emotions before you two could actually form a strong bond.
"O-Of course there is!" Izuku noticed your sullen expression, his gears shifting inside him as he continued, "Don't worry, the HERO Corp, has many factories and side shops we can go to...so it'll be okay," The green haired boy tried to comfort you the best he could, but did an awkward job at it.
Though—you appreciated him saying that, and with that being said, you instantly had grabbed your phone and started googling destinations where Izuku could get a check up.
"There's one near here...45 minutes away, shit I don't have a car," You face planted on the table, how the hell were you going to get there?!
You could take public transportation...but money is short due to your sper of the moment perchase is getting Izuku.
So how could you get to the shop?
Who do you know that has a car and owes you a favor...
