                         Drawings

Kate situated herself on the tree branch so she was facing the water.Ahhh... Don't you just love sunsets? I do. Mainly because all the pokemon at the school are settling down and I can draw them easier.And I LOVE drawing sunsets. She thought and pulled out her sketch book. Kate started to draw the sunset on the water. Her foot dangled off the branch as she did so. After a few minutes she had half of it done.

"Hey Kate! Mind if I join ya?!" A familiar voice said that belonged to a red head. Kate looked down and smiled when she saw her best friend.

"Not at all Keith."She scooted over to make room for him as he climbed up."So what brings you here? Your always already asleep by now."She said with a grin. He glared at her and ruffled her hair.

" What! Is it bad I want to spend some time with spikey pigtail friend?" Keith nudged her with his shoulder.

Kate laughed and leaned against him while continuing to draw.

He watched her." Hey Kate? I gotta ask you...why do draw so much?" She paused momentarily.

" Well...It relaxes me. Makes me feel better when I'm upset or stressed."

Keith looked at her slightly worried. " So your always stressed and upset?" The question surprised her causing her to mess up on a line." Darnet!.....No. I'm not always upset and stressed. I also enjoy it a lot." She grabbed her eraser and got rid of the messy line. Then she continued to draw.

Keith being the protective and caring friend he is wasn't completely convinced. Kate could sense his doubt and closed her book. "Listen Keith. Yes I do get stressed and feel depressed sometimes...I am human after all." Keith rolled his eyes "And when I do feel bad enough I will tell you. But drawing is something I'll do first to try to feel better before bugging you about it."

Keith glared at Kate making her confused."So your saying you prefer drawing than telling me your hurt?"

Their was a pause and Kate was shocked.I didn't think it would make  him mad... Then she saw the slightly hurt look in his eye. Mabey I should show him now?..He might not think its that weird... She smiled at him and opened her book up again "Wha! Ka-" Keith started but Kate cut him off "I want to show you what drawings calm me the most Keith...the ones that get rid of the pain." She handed him the book.

Keith hesitantly took it since it was her most treasured thing. His eyes widened when he saw around a dozen drawings of them both. One was both of them at ascension square capturing a pokemon.He flipped to another page that was of them pranking Kincaid. Then one of them at lunch.After going threw almost all of them he ran in to a Interesting drawing. One that that have never done before. It was them both in a loving embrace. Keith had his arms wrapped tightly around Kates waist while her arms were wrapped around his neck. One of her hands barely running threw his hair and both of them had their foreheads resting on echother and their eyes were closed.

Keiths chest tightened with a familiar feeling.I know I like Kate, a lot. But I never knew she liked me too! And this picture shows she does! Warmth filled him as he looked over the drawing again and again.

Kate bit her lip and looked away Mabey he does think its weird? " I uhh...can get rid of them if your not comfterble with it." Her heart fell for a moment, then skipped a beat when Keith grabbed her chin and forced her to look at him. His eyes were full love and care beyond what she's ever seen before."I love them Kate...all of them. But I think I like this this one the most."He pointed to the last drawing and Kate blushed.

When she tried to pull away he wrapped his arms around her causing her to gulp."K-Keith? W-what are you-" He cut her off with a kiss. It was gentle but scorching kiss that poured out all his feelings for her.

Kates eyes widened in shock before slowly closing and she moved her lips with his. I- I'm kissing Keith...I can't believe it! Then she tilted her head to the side to deepen the kiss.

Loving the feeling Keith pulled her closer but dropped her sketch book doing so. He tore his lips from hers and looked at were it fell on the ground"Kate I'm so sorry-"

But Kate interrupted him by caressing his jaw/cheek and made him look at her. Her cheeks were were a light red like her lips and her eyes held love.She kissed him lightly again and said against his lips" Leave it...I don't need it any more since I have you now...It can stay there forever as long as I have you Keith." Then kissed him deeply again.

Keith was shocked at what she said but quickly began to kiss her back.He pulled her even closer so she was almost in his lap.

Kates arms slid around his neck and her hand ran through his red hair causing him to grunt in pleasure. They pulled away and breathed heavily from the lack of air. Keith looked down and saw the same drawing from earlier. Smiling he pulled Kate onto his lap and whispered in her ear."Now we made that drawing a reality." She laughed lightly."We made more than that drawing a reality...a sweet reality.Now I'm gonna have to draw more" She said shyly and snuggled into him more.

Keiths chin rested on her head and he stroked her arm lovingly."I have a few ideas of things you can draw."He said huskily causing her to blush and slap his chest."P-pervert!" Keith laughed and stole another kiss from her."Kate...Would you be my girlfriend?..."

Her face glowed with happiness ."Yes!!! It would be stupid of me not to after that!" Then she smashed her lips onto his catching him off guard. Man I'm the happiest and luckiest guys in the school!
