He gently caressed her belly,leaning in for a kiss.

She gladly returned the gesture and placed her hand on his."Feel it?" She asked softly looking into his brown eyes.

Keiths breath hitched as he felt his daughter kick."Y-yeah...I do" He rubbed his thumb over Kate's stomach.

She smiled and rubbed his arm. When there were multiple kicks Kate laughed."Looks like the little one is restless daddy."

Keith chuckled and kneeled down to her stomach. He kissed it tenderly and mumbled." ...Daddy,s here....And will always be here." He stood up and met his beautiful wifes gaze.

Kate wrapped her arms around him and pulled him into a kiss." Not to long now....and little one here will join us."

Keith was nervous about having a child. Really nervous. What if she gets hurt? Or is born with problems?...What if I accidentaly hurt her!? Oh Arceus I'm gonna be a terrible father!

Kate could sense her husbands nervousness and turned to face him. She giggled at his extremely anxious and worried face. She cupped his face with both hands. "Keith darling don't worry yourself so much. Everythings going to be alright . You are gonna be an amazing father. You could even raise her without me if you had to." Then Kate pressed her lips to his in a gentle caring kiss.

Keith sighed into the kiss and relief washed over him.When they pulled away he intertwined their fingers."Come on. You need sleep."

Kate laughed lightly and walked with him to the bedroom. She went to the bathroom and washed up in warm water. When she walked out her husband was already in bed asleep.

Carefully she joined his side and laid down. Feeling the movement on the bed stirred Keith. He rolled over facing her and wrapping his arms around her. Kate sighed and snuggled futurer into him. They fell asleep.

(Two weeks later)

Kate was washing dishes and Keith walked in looking like he was about to fall over asleep. She giggled and walked over to him placing a kiss on his lips."Welcome home sleepy head."

Keith smirked at his wife and wrapped a arm around her pulling her closer. He leaned in kissing her deeper.

Kate wrapped her arms around his neck,one hand running through his hair.

When they pulled away Keith looked lovingly at Kate."I love you."

She smiled and patted his cheek."Love you too babe." She peckd his lips once more and walked back to the sink.

Keith stared at his wife for a moment before walking to the bedroom to change. The moment he finished changing out of his ranger uniform their was a yelp of pain from the kitchen. Keith jumped up and ran to Kate.

She was holding on to the sink and her belly. Kate looked at him urgently."Keith...The baby!"

His eyes widened and he knew the baby was coming. Quickly he helped Kate to the car and drove to the hospital."How are you doing??!" He constantly asked her.

She laughed a little at her panicy husband "Fine Keith,just focus on driving." She focused on breathing as they approached the hospital.

The moment they pulled up she was sat on a wheelchair...But something went wrong.Kate cried in pain and a nurse came up with a stretcher. They put Kate on it and pushed her out.

Keith held her hand until they got to the doors. It took all his strength to let her go. His eyes started to water. Everything was moving to fast for him. He was about to fall over so he sat down. Everything was moving slowly around him."......" Keith could barely hear his name."....Mr....." He tried to focus but couldn't." Mr.Dazzle!!!!" Finally he snapped to and looked at the nurse."Y-Yes?" The woman smiled " Sir. Its gonna be a while. So we would like you to stay here." He nodded. Its not like id leave. The woman left. Keith slouched over and placed his head in his hands.Please...Please let her be ok.
