                 Don't touch my girl !

Kate was outside sitting under a willow tree getting her lunch out.I wonder where he is? Probably just running a little late. Since the beginning of the school year Kate became best friends with Keith Dazzle.Mainly because he stood up for her the first day when everyone thought it was dumb of her wanting to become a Ranger. Ever since then he stood up for her. So instantly she took to him. After a while she accumulated a few other friends too; but not none of them were Keith.

"Hey katie cub" Keith said walking up to her carrying his lunch.

She smiled brightly at him and patted the spot next to her for him to sit.

"Hey Keithy"

He sat next to her and opened his lunch." Man I wish the school cafeteria made descent food....Prisoners eat better food than this!" He picked up a bread roll and knocked it on his tray."Arceus their like rocks!"

Kate giggled and covered her mouth to hide the food she was chewing. She stuck her hand in her lunch box and looked for his favorite food."Guess your lucky I made a double serving of....This!" She pulled out a slice of ham, bacon and pineapple pizza.

Keiths eyes went wide and he almost choked on his poweraid."Kate...What about you?"

She grinned at him"Like I said...I made double so theirs one for me and you!"

He smiled and graciously took the pizza slice."You know me inside and out don't you katie cub?"

Kate grabbed her slice and bit into it."Mmhmm!"

Keiths stomach started to heat up and he was pretty sure it wasn't heartburn.I can't stop this warm feeling encasing me! But at the same time... I like it. He looked at Kate who had a string of cheese connecting to the pizza and her mouth."Girl you are one messy eater!"

Kate swallowed"Wha! So are you!" She pointed to the cheese and crust on him making him turn red.

He swatted her hand away and wiped his face."Now I'm all clean!" Then he pulled her into a one armed hug."Thank you Katie cub."

She smiled and hugged back."Anytime Keith. Besides, We wouldn't want you eating something that could kill you."

He laughed and let her go....even though secretly he didn't want to.

Kate then pulled out some gummy bears and spit them with him. But after a while they both ended up with their least favorite. She didn't like green ones and Keith hated the clear ones."Trade ya" Kate said offering the gummy bears in her hand.

Keith immediately took the green ones and placed the clear ones in her small hand. But something strange happened when his skin met hers. Heat and tingles ran through his arm shocking him slightly.woah what was that? Keith shook his head and ate the green gummy bears. When they finished the bell rang.

Kate threw away her trash and walked with Keith back to the school. She had study hall and he had Mrs. April next."Same time tomorrow Katie cub?"

Kate turned to look at him."Always Keithy!" Then she ran into the library.

Keith stood their for a moment looking at the spot she was just at. Why do I feel sad now.....and like something bad's gonna happen. His heart weighed down with sadness and worry. He had never had that feeling before. Sighing Keith started for Mrs. Aprils class and saw Kellen. His heart hurt more at the sight of the boy.What's wrong with me?! He shook it off and went to class.
