Kate and Keith Moments (Pokemon Ranger)

Kate felt her way to Mrs. Aprils class room for her lessen.

" Oh good morning dear!" The brown/red headed woman said. She walked to Kate and guided her to her seat.

" Good morning Miss." Kate said looking in the direction the teacher was.

Mrs.April smiled at Kate."Well lets start your learning session." She handed her a encyclopedia on pokemon that was in braille." I want you to take notes on chapter twenty four."

Kate was blind...Not since birth. Only for seven years. She knew her colors and could write. Also she didn't walk with guide stick. So not a lot of people knew she was blind. Only the teachers did.

When she was seven Kate looked into a solar eclipse while a Dusksckull summoned a psychic flame next to her too. The ending was a film growing over her eyes making everything black.

Kate's Uncle was principle Lamont and that's the reason she was allowed at the ranger school. She studied pokemon types and to be a ranger...But she couldn't be one in her condition.

Kate ran her hand across the page with her left hand while writing notes on her special paper with her right. The paper looked like any other lined paper. But every line had raised bumps so she knew if she was writing strait or going off the margins.

Five minutes later her watch buzzed once letting her know it was 1:00. Lunch was over and class would begin soon. Kate finished and wrote her name on the top of the page before taking it to Mrs. April.

" Thank you honey." She said."Today I won't be asking many questions, but you might be called once."

Kate looked in the teachers direction and nodded."Alright Mrs. April." Kate walked slowly to her desk and when her fingers brushed against the wood she walked around it to her seat. Kate was very good at keeping her secret concealed from her peers. No student their knew she was blind.

Within the next two minutes the class filled with students and Kate drowned out their annoying talking and foot steps. It always gave her a headache. She could hear footsteps behind her and felt the vibrations of the boy who sat next to her walk up.

Keith sat down next to Kate and looked at her from the corner of his eye for a split second. He didn't dislike Kate. But she wasn't exactly the most talkative person...Also she was slightly off in his opinion. Her stance, how she walks with her arms barely extended out, the fact shes in class early and gets out five minutes early every day... And her eyes... Her eyes were breath taking. But extremely different. They were bright baby blue. Scary baby blue. Like she could pierce though to your soul. And even though she was different in every way. Keith was intrigued by the girl. He wanted to get to know her more. But every time he wants to talk to her shes always buried in her studies.

Keith knew she was kind. She was always kind to him and everyone else. He just found it extremely hard to try and get acquainted with her. He watched her take notes for a moment before realising he needed to as well.

Kate listened to Mrs.Aprils lecture and took notes. She could also feel Keiths gaze on her every now and then. Probably looking off my notes.She brushed it off.

After twenty minutes of note taking a quiet voice met her ears. It was Keiths."Hey Kate? Can I borrow your notes? I'll give them back." Worry filled her slightly.What if he feels the raised bumps of the lines? Shaking the thought out of her mind Kate looked in his direction and smiled sweetly."Of coarse." Then she continued to take notes.

Keith looked at her for a moment before smiling. Always so kind. Then he to continued taking notes.

Six minutes later the note taking was over and Kate handed her notes to Keith. Within three more minutes he got the information he needed. He handed back her paper and went to the restroom.
