Then everyone clapped.

we head home and i get on tiktok to announce my engagement. i really think my 3 followers will be excited for me 😋

im smiling uncontrollably until i see what's on my For You page. Bertha.
When did she join tiktok?
i check her page and she has over 5 million followers.

"matt, if bertha has 5 million tik tok followers, why does she get her haircut at walmart?" greta spat in jealous rage.

"aw babe, do you want me to buy u followers?" he winked at her, pulling out his phone. greta stomped up to ciarán and showed him her account.

"how does bertha have this many followers?"

"uh, i gave her a shoutout?"
i glare at him and stomp up the stairs.

i start crying and throw things around my old room. why doesn't anything go my way? 😭😭😭

i hear a knock at my door, and it's Ian and Jaden. i wipe my tears away and look up. "what's up" i say throwing up a peace sign. ✌🏼😭

"Hey i heard what happened, let's make some tiktoks" ian says to me.
My face lit up.

We made two tiktoks and after a minute i already had more followers than Bertha. take that bitch🤪

jaden and ian took turns recording my tiktoks. i finally made one to my favorite song, the boys are back from high school musical.

"wow," jaden looked in awe at the video. "this one's the best."

we uploaded it and in a few seconds, it was trending. we watched my follow count go up. soon, i was the most followed tiktoker on the planet.

"omg matt!" i ran down stairs, jumping into his arms. "look! i'm way more popular than bertha!"

he gave a smile, "that's great babe! when are you going to start paying the bills?"

"when you die," she then started waving her phone in ciarán's face. "hah, i didn't even need ur shoutout."

Ciarán rolled his eyes. "i'm gonna call bertha." he said walking off.

I got notification on insta from Bertha.
