Muskoka must have been going through
a heatwave. It was so hot! Courtney and I were relaxing in our air conditioned trailer we let Heather inside too. A gun shot fired into the
air. Everyone jumped in surprise I looked out the window to see Chris in a cowboy outfit, Chris knocked on the door and handed me a matching cowgirl outfit "here's your costume Tammy" he said he mouthed "love you" and then fired the gun in the air again to get everyone's attention
"Take it easy. Guns are loaded with blanks least I'm pretty sure one of them is." Chris said who was wearing a cowboy hat. "Since there's no beatin' the heat, we're goin west this week. There's a town meeting at high noon. Be there or I'll drive ya dead beats outta town!" Chris said. I sighed why did we have to leave the cool.

Everyone met Chris at the old western town set. Leshawna walked in and instead of her usual ponytail, her hair was an afro. Heather Courtney and I snickered. "I'm sorry. Do you see something wrong with my hair!" Leshawna threatened. "Not from where I'm standing." Duncan said pushing her hair apart so he could see.
I sat on the fence and pointed the fake gun at everyone else
"Listen up, partners! Any good western, there are heroes, outlaws, horses and pretty dames. The hero defeats the outlaw then rides off into the sunset on the horse!" Chris announced. "What about the pretty dame?" Beth shouted.
"None of your beeswax! Just messing with ya, they usually hang out in the saloon during the bar brawl." Chris laughed. "Bar brawl? Cool."
Harold said doing some karate moves until Duncan tripped him into the water trough. "Nice reenactment, Harold! Most brawls do end up with the losers in the water trough." Duncan laughed. I grinned and Courtney snickered Sometimes, Harold makes it too easy.
"All eyes on me!" Chris said firing into the air. "Time for your first challenge! No cowboy or cowgirl worth spittin at would go one day without saddle practice. Time to saddle up!" Chris yelled. He explained the challenge which was to saddle the horse from a 100ft diving board. "Since the Gaffers won last week, they go first." Chris laughed.
I started shaking heights we're one of the things that terrified me. And won't falling on a horse hurt the horse and us. "Don't worry, our unpaid interns have assured us it's safe!" Chris said. "something seems weird about this horse" I said "well duh it's actually a robot" Chris said showing a remote control and making the horse neigh "woah" I said impressed. "We won last week! Why do we have to go first?" Gwen asked. "Because I said so and I'm your host, Chris McLean!" Chris said winking at the camera. "Just listen to Chris" I told her
Gwen sneezed. "Guys, I really think I'm coming down with something." Gwen said. I raised my eyebrows. "Don't worry, we'll help you up the ladder." Duncan said. "And besides, if you're sick and you die could you imagine the ratings." I smirked. "Uh, guys, Gwen is sick. In her condition, she'd probably fall straight of the platform and onto the horse robot." Trent said. He realized what he said and covered his mouth. "Hey gwen did I ever tell you what a genius your boyfriend is! Well up the ladder you go now." I said trying not to laugh.
"Wish me luck." Gwen said climbing. Everyone called out encouragement even me. "We're gonna need a new teammate." Duncan said. "I heard that!" She yelled. Gwen reached the top of the ladder and looked over the edge.
"Break a leg, Gwen!" Trent yelled.

Gwen fell off the platform and landed on the robot horse. "You ok, girl?" Leshawna asked. Gwen nodded slightly then fell of the horse. "Gwen!" Trent ran over. "Thanks, just watch my left- AH! Arm!" Gwen yelled as Trent moved her left arm.
Leshawna pushed Trent out of the way and helped Gwen up. Chef took gwen to the medical tent
"Woah! That was awesome, Gwen! Gaffers 1, Grips, you're up!" Chris announced. Trent went next. He jumped out a bit too far. He landed on the fence. "Gaffers 1, Grips zip! Harold, you're up!" Chris announced.
Harold started climbing the ladder when Duncan followed. Harold jumped, screaming and landed on the horse. Duncan landed on Harold bending him like a saddle, Courtney took a picture of this Duncan posed flexing his muscles.
"Way to pad the saddle, Duncan. Gaffers 3, Grips zip!" Chris said. "Wait! All three of us jumped!" I protested.
Owen went next. Chris made the robot horse run and Owen chased it eventually saddling it. "If horses can bend so can the rules the grips are now on the board with one" Chris gave him a point which wasn't fair. DJ went next, gliding down with a blanket. The wind blew him into the power lines.
"Uh, says right here of my gluteus Maximus modeling contract, I'm forbidden from
any jumping that might strain my assets, sorry!" Justin said. Lindsay and Beth went next. They jumped and landed on the horse, making it buck them off as Chris just laughed nearly dropping the controller. "Alright, Grips and Gaffers are tied at 3 each." Chris announced.
Trent and Leshawna went next "I hope your big bubble but doesn't break the board" Heather teased. They jumped with Leshawna doing the finger, Trent landed on the horse and Leshawna landed on the roof her pants ripped at the back when she got to the ground the camera focused on her bare butt "I guess you showed her and by her I mean the entire viewing audience" Chris said laughing Leshawna raised a fist at him and I jumped between them in his defense. She walked away mad, "gaffers have 3, grips 5, It's up to you three to make the score tie. Who wants to take one for the Gaffers?" Chris asked.
"I can't I'm scared of heights" I said giving Chris puppy dog eyes
"Heather and Courtney your up" Chris said
"After you, teammate." Courtney pushed Heather forward. Heather pulled Courtney in front of her. They both started climbing the ladder. Both looking reluctant. They both jumped but we didn't see or hear them come down.
"Where'd they go?" Gwen asked. "Not there, way up there!" Chris pointed to the wind vine on top of the house. They were both stuck by their pants.
"Looks like the teams are still tied 5 a piece even though they didn't land on the horse they made a good effort! To the next challenge for the tie breaker, cow pucks!" Chris said as everyone walked away from the horse stables. "Isn't anyone going to get us down?" Courtney asked Chris shut off the robot horse and then called for the interns to get them down which they did. I made sure they were both ok and then went after the rest of the team to the next challenge.
