When I awoke I was standing in the corner of my room. I was confused when I saw Asher with his arms around me in my bed. How was I there when I was standing in the corner? I didn’t think much more of it as I watched Asher climb out of bed without waking me. He got dressed quietly kissing my forehead tucking me in since I was only half covered up then he left. I gasped knowing what was happening. I was in the memory of the day he disappeared. I stepped out from the corner as he exited the bedroom heading for the front door. I screamed begging him.

“Asher please don’t leave, please don’t leave”

I tried to grab his hand but I went right through him. I watched him turn around glance at the sleeping me in bed one more time whispering “I love you” before he left. I quickly followed him.

“Asher come back to my place don’t leave me go back!”

I begged beside him but he didn’t even look up from his phone. I sighed and gave up, he couldn’t hear me or see me, it was no use. I wonder what Jarrod was going through right now I hope he was okay because this was utterly painful not being able to do anything to prevent our loved ones from dying again.
