Hope had been waiting since dawn, and she had grown bored, so she began to kill people walking by. Soon, she had moved on to killing policemen who had been sent to try to stop her.
But finally, she stopped. They were coming.
All of Hope's past loves had met up in a café earlier and had made an impossible decision. They had decided that she needed to go. Now, after seeing the murders she had committed, they knew they had made the right choice.
"Hope!" called Harold. "Why did you make us come here? What do you want?"
Hope grinned evilly. "Why, your deaths, of course."
Harold glowered at her. "Like you'll be able to do that. You're just a little-"
At that point, Hope had grown bored of him. "Okay, whatever," she said, shooting him in the heart with a magic arrow she had made. Harold instantly died, and Lena screamed in horror.
Dan, although somewhat nervous, was the next to challenge her. "I am the defender of the world!" he said. "You shall never defeat me!"
"Sure," responded Hope, instantly stopping his heart with a flick of her finger. He fell to the ground, dead.
Lena stepped forward shyly. "Hope, please..."
"I show no mercy," answered Hope, setting her on fire with nothing but her mind.
The red-haired woman was next. "You can't do this. Someone will stop you. Hope, we can talk this out."
"No, we can't." Hope teleported to the woman and cut her head off.
Fastpoke and Slowpoke went together. "Hope, we still love you!"
"You're not even human!" Boom. They both became turtle burgers, which Hope picked up and ate.
Sara went to her. "I'm not going to tell you not to kill me, or that I love you."
"Wait, what?" Hope was shocked. "Then what-" Suddenly, she gasped. Loki now stood in front of her. "What?"
And Loki stabbed her in the heart with a butter knife. "Goodbye, my love," he whispered.
"I thought..." Hope's eyes closed and she fell over. "I'm sorry."
Those were her last words.
"Well," said Sara. "Want to go get some burgers?"
"Sure," said Loki. "Let's go."
And they walked into the sunset together, leaving Hope behind.
