Abby had thrown on a hoodie of Yoongi's she had borrowed, but refused to give back and slipped on a pair of shoes, before dashing out the door. She ran to the bus stop, anxiously rocking back and fourth as she waited for the bus.
Min fucking Yoongi, I can't believe you're doing this right now. Why didn't you just have a drink at home? You could've just called me if you felt lonely, I would've been at your side as quickly as possible. Why can't you see that I love you? Abby thought as the bus came to a slow stop in front of her.
Abby sat on the bus, still thinking about Yoongi, her mind completely forgetting the woman that would be right by his side when she picked him up from the bar. Rescue, that's more fitting.
When the bus finally came to a stop, Abby sprinted down the street, quickly arriving at Yugyeom's. She flung open the door, scanning the entire bar for the small, bleach blonde man.
When Abby finally laid eyes on the man, she heasitantly made her way over to his seemingly unconscious form, which was in the embrace of the woman who she assumed called her phone.
"Um. H-hey, I'm Abby," she stuttered.
"Oh I'm Eunji, nice to meet you," the woman replied warmly.
She was shorter than Abby, closer to Yoongi's height. Eunji was more fit, had golden skin, long ebony hair, and shimmering, dark eyes. She was what Abby could never be, and that irked the latter more than she wanted to admit.
"Thanks for taking care of Yoongi, I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't come home," Abby smiled.
"Oh, I understand," Eunji nodded with a slight smirk.
"I'm not sure what you mean?" Abby replied.
"People don't really come to bars alone unless they're drinking their problems away. Are you guys fighting or something? Must be rough." Eunji brushed the hair from Yoongi's forehead and smiled lovingly at him as she spoke, angering Abby.
"We're just fine actually, thanks for caring."
"No problem. Well I gotta go, I'll be seeing you around Abby." Eunji stated before turning away from the brunette with a victorious smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
Eunji waved as she walked away, clutch in hand and long black hair swaying in perfect time with her full hips as she walked. She seemed perfect, naturally perfect. Abby shook her head to rid her mind of the self doubts that began to flood it, before lifting Yoongi off the barstool and putting his arm over her shoulder.
She then grabbed his keys and began to exit the bar, before turning to the bartender.
"Do I owe you anyting?" She asked.
"That other woman paid for him," the bartender replied.
Abby dejectedly turned to exit the bar, thinking over what may have happened previous to her arrival. Abby stumbled to Yoongi's car with him on her side, mumbling angrily at the elder.
"Min Yoongi how dare you get drunk and then leave me no choice but to come and get you! I was having a great night, perhaps the best night of my life Yoongs. I was so happy, but then I got a call from that girl. Who was she anyway? Probably means more to you then I do."
Abby opened the passenger door before tossing Yoongi inside and buckling him up, lightly resting his head against the window.
He's the smartest person I know, yet he's so oblivious. He's a fool, oh god I fell in love with a fool. This is completely your fault Yoongi.
Abby sat down in the drivers seat admiring Yoongi's beautiful features before cranking up his car and relishing in the predaceous roar of his engine. The vibrations caused from the vehicle he loved so much seemed to awaken Yoongi, him sitting up straight in his seat before leaning his head back in preparation to go back to sleep.
"Thanks for coming to get me," he mumbled. "Sorry for interrupting your date with Jackson, I just wanted to go out for a change."
"You didn't interrupt anything Yoongi, I was already in bed, I'll always come get you when you need me."
"I know," Yoongi mumbled before closing his eyes once again.
Min Yoongi was a star in Abby's sky. He combated the darkness and made the night look so much more beautiful. Yoongi thought he was the night, but he was always a star, a wish that had come true for the girl. Someone to love and protect her when no one else would. She knew Yoongi could never love her like she wanted so deeply, but even if the love was platonic, it was more than she could ever ask for.
Abby thought of what her life would be without Yoongi as she drove way too fast down the streets of the city she called home. She finally realized why Yoongi did it. He enjoyed the rush, the feeling of controlling your own life and having the power to end it. It's exactly how she felt when she gripped a razor blade a little too tight and watched her blood trickle out of her palm. Exactly how she felt when she took that same razor blade and ripped through her skin, grimacing at the tearing of flesh and the sight of her beautifully red blood ooze from her limbs. The power was addictive, she liked the power and so did Min Yoongi.
As the wind blew through her hair, Abby occasionally ran her fingers through Yoongi's soft hair or rested her hand on his thigh, she soon realized she would have no life without Yoongi. Without him she wouldn't be alive, without him she wouldn't be living.
As they arrived at Yoongi's apartment door Abby cursed as she tried to unlock the door with the males weight resting on her. She eventually managed to get the door open and dragged Yoongi into his bedroom, resting him on his bed. She pulled the covers over him and decided she wanted to be there for him when he woke up.
Abby carefully climbed into the bed beside Yoongi, her heart almost leaping out of her chest as the man turned on his side so that he was now facing her. She didn't dare move, afraid of awakening the sleeping form. Their breaths mingled and Abby wanted nothing more than to press her lips against the elders, so she leaned forward, lips centimeters from those of her best friends.
The voice of Eunji played in the brunettes head. People only come to bars alone to drink their problems away.
Abby froze in place as she realized that somehow she was Yoongi's problem. He probably thought of her as some girl who's obsessed with him just because he accidentally saved her.
A problem. That's what I am, nothing more.
Abby bit her lip as she studied every curve and angle of Yoongi breathtakingly beautiful face. She was in love with the man beside her, yet her sharing his bed with him while wearing his hoodie meant absolutely nothing to him. She was just a problem.
