38. Of Antibugs & Teams

Arianne opened her eyes softly as she let out a small yawn. She shifted to the side to check the hour, and she almost had a heart attack.

School had started two hours ago!

She practically threw the covers to the side as she stood up, and started to search around for her clothes.

"Oh my god, I'm incredibly late!" she exclaimed in a panic, as she ran around her room. Her screams called Ayu's attention, who immediately flew in to the bedroom.

"Ayu, why didn't you wake me up?!" she cried "Where's Thiago?!"

"Aria, calm down" said the kwami, in an attempt to calm his master down "Thiago is already at school" he then realised that he probably shouldn't have said that, 'cause the girls eyes opened even wider than the already were.

"What?!" she questioned, almost in a yell "Why didn't he wake me up?!"

"We thought you needed the rest, Arianne!" replied the kwami, closing the door of the bedroom to force the girl to listen to him, and it seemed like it was working "You were exhausted. And after last night's competition, how couldn't you be? Just relax today" Arianne stayed quiet, letting that sink in, before speaking up again.

"Alright. Okay" she nodded in agreement with the kwami's words. A day off didn't sound so bad now that she thought about it "You're right" Ayu smiled upon hearing that "I could use a free day"

"Exactly!" replied Ayu excited "Now, c'mon. Go make yourself some breakfast" she smiled and opened the door that lead into the hallway. As she got into the kitchen, she asked Ayu to turn the TV on to see what was up with the world.

The news channel showed Tigre Blanco, Chat Noir and Ladybug at the entrance of the mayor's home.

"I wonder how Ladybug did with those two" commented Arianne out loud as she poured some juice in a glass.

"If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have defeated Vanisher! And now, I'm going to defeat you!" Arianne almost dropped the glass of juice as she heard a very familiar voice on the TV screen. She turned around to find Chloe dressed in a suit identical to Ladybug's, but with the colours switched.

"Chloe?!" questioned Arianne, as she rushed forward to the living room.

"Wrong, super wrong!" replied Chloe, almost as if she had replied to Arianne's calling "I am Antibug!" Ladybug whispered something in Tigre's and Chat's ear, and they both stood in front of her immediately.

"We can take care of her" replied Tigre Blanco.

"Not alone" said Arianne, as Ladybug went off "Loup d'Argent won't be taking any days off soon!" she added the last part looking at her kwami "Ayu, transform me!"

Loup d'Argent sprinted through the roofs of Paris as quickly as she could to arrive to the hotel, where Tigre Blanco and Chat Noir were fighting Chloe...I mean, Antibug. She took out her violin and started playing the shrill melody she hadn't played for a very long time. Antibug covered her ears due to the horrible sound, as Tigre Blanco and Chat Noir looked around, searching for a certain silver wolf.

"Where is she?" questioned Chat Noir looking around, and Tigre Blanco spotted her on the roof.

"Over there!" Tigre Blanco pointed out towards her partner .

"I thought you said she was ill!" 

"She is!" replied Tigre "What is she doing?" he questioned in a low voice, so only Jazmin could hear him.
