If It Means A Lot To You

So Vic has been staying with me for the last few days. For some reason I could not get what was in his eyes out of my head since I saw it. He of course denied even having something in his eyes that day. He swore he was hung over but me being his girl best friend I knew that he wasn't hung over that very rarely happens and I know exactly what that looked like.

We haven't talked about what happened that night. I know he wanted to bring it up several times. When we were eating, watching TV, even when I was getting ready for bed. I was starting to worry about my Victor-bear. I know I messed up that night but I realized I was slowly starting to have some kind of feelings for him I just wasn't sure what it was or when it started to happen. I haven't been able to speak to anyone for days because every time someone called or texted Vic would take my phone from me. Most of the time it was Alex or Jack. I haven't seen or heard from All Time Low since that night. I had a feeling my brother had something to do with it.

I finally got tired of doing the same thing for four days and asked Vic what he wanted to talk to me about the morning we were interrupted in the kitchen. “Umm, its not important anymore Kali-co. Don't worry about it.” I was doing to insist he talk but the door opened and Kellin and Kathy walked in holding hands. He was saved by the time they had come into the living room. “Kali you and I need to talk. Kathy why don't you and Vic go get pizza for lunch.” I knew I was in for a world of trouble since he was sending both Vic and Kat out for food. He always wanted to eat after he had a serious conversation with me. Vic and Kat both agreed and left me in the hands of my brother.

“Kali how could you do that? Alex of all people. I would have much rather you had slept with Mike and I don't trust him with you. Plus Ashley would kill you if she found out. Alex is the last person I want you to be with. He got you pregnant and took away your innocence. How could you do this? Now he is going to keep coming over and calling you and I really don't want you getting in that mess again. It took you over two years to get over him and here you are going back to him. I know he was your first at everything but you need to think of yourself not about him. Neither of those boys deserve you and I don't want you to get hurt.” He told me, I know he worries but this is not his battle to fight. I love Kellin but I needed to think for myself so I needed to get out of the city of San Diego for a while.

“I understand your concern but its my life. If you can't accept what I am going to do then maybe I should just leave and not come back.” I said as I got up and went to pack my stuff. I have never talked to my brother that way. I knew he was a little upset at me. Maybe even pissed off. I just couldn't face him after what I just said. When I was done packing some of my stuff Kat and Vic came back with Pizza-Hut. I went downstairs for my phone that Vic had. “Vic, I need my phone. Also Don't argue with me about it and just give me my phone.” He reluctantly gave me my phone just as it started to ring I put it in my pocket ignoring Mike as he was calling. I went back upstairs grabbed my stuff and went straight to my car. I got in and called Mike back.

“What do you want Michael?”  I was in no mood to listen to him tell me that I should come hang out with him and Ashley.

“I wanted to know what is going on. Vic hasn't been home in days and Kellin just texted saying you had a fight about Alex.” He said knowing that this was pointless.

“Mike let me talked to Ashley I need a favor from her. Don't ask what it is either because if I tell you then you will tell Vic and my brother. I don't want to talk to either one of them right now.” I was so happy he didn't argue with me and just put Ashley on the phone. “Hey sweetie. What do you need?” She asked knowing exactly what was wrong. She could always tell what happened by the way I talked to Mike. She heard that I had called him Michael and I only do that when I need a place to go. Since my least was up at my house and I was staying with Kellin I gave up my house. I regret that decision now. “Ash, I need to know where your place in Santa Monica is again. I am doing to stay there for a little while if you don't mind. I just can't be here in San Diego right now.” “Yeah, of course you can. I have no objections. I was actually going to go out there tomorrow to get something for Mike. I will text you the address.” With that established I hung up the phone and left Kellin's house with him Kathy and Vic all outside wondering what was going on.
