Jade leaned against the pool table, lining up her shot and easily shooting two balls into the pockets. She looked up at Sweet Pea, another serpent, with a smirk.
"Pay up, Pea."
Sweet Pea reluctantly reached into his pocket and grabbed his wallet. After a few moments of digging, he tossed a twenty on the red felt of the table, Jade picking it up and sticking in her back pocket.
Little did the girl know, her dad was across the town in the Northside currently being interrogated about the whereabouts of his other child. The child that people say is stupid for not cutting bait like her mom and Jellybean, or even like Jughead did. She chooses to ignore them, as she does with many things these days.
"I don't care what you think of me Alice, but don't jerk me around in front of my son." Fp spoke.
"Where's your daughter, FP?" Alice retorted, Betty raising her head at what her mother said while Jughead hung his head low, "Is she off doing shenanigans with the serpents? Or has she finally cut bait?"
"Actually, Alice." Fp retorted, "She's back home with me, if you want to know so much."
"See how long that lasts, you know.. Until her million dollar fist gets her in trouble again."
Betty was beyond confused as she sat there in the middle of their argument. They had to be talking about Jade, but Betty thought she moved to Toledo with Jughead's mom and little sister.
"This was such a nice idea, mom, but I think it's time that we get to the dance." Betty says, "So, is it okay if we skip the peach pie?"

Now, Jade was back at the Jones trailer.
She heard the front door unlock but, didn't think much about it until she heard someone who was definitely not her father.
"You start in the bedroom, I'll start in here." It was the young Veronica Lodge, but Jade didn't know that yet.
She saw Archie Andrews, and old friend turn the corner to her end of the trailer. When he saw her, he let out a terrified shriek.
"My god, Archie. You're a little girl sometimes, I swear." Jade heard the girl's voice from the living room again. She grabbed the jacket of the red haired boy and brought him out to the kitchen. She quickly blocked the door before the other raven haired girl had a chance to spot her.
"What the hell are you all doing here?" Jade's voice and the tone she was using made Veronica's stomach drop on the spot.
"Who are you?"
"More importantly, why are you two in my trailer."
"Oh my god, you said this was the right trailer." The girl said to Archie.
"V, this is the right trailer." Archie says, "I didn't know Jughead's sister would be here."
"Jughead has a sister?" The girl that was still scared out of her wits said.
"Hi, Jade Jones. Jughead's sister.. who, might I add, is not as nice as Jughead."
"Oh."
"You all better be speaking up as to why the hell you all are here." Jade said, "Unless, you know, you want me to call Jughead and inform him about the whereabouts of his little friends?"
"I.. uh.." The other girl stammered.
"Veronica, just tell her." Archie said, leaning against the wall, "She'll end up getting it out of us whether it's now or in two hours."
"We.. we were looking for any evidence that Hiram Lodge, my dad, paid your dad.. to kill Jason Blossom."
