Note: This is an AU where Aine is not in a coma and - as you can see in the title - Ai is a human, who is non-related to Aine. They are also not idols because that would be kinda weird.

PS PS: I don't know much about Aine's personality, but he was Reiji's best friend so I'm gonna base his personality on that. Because the fact that he was cold and kinda evil the few times he appeared in the game doesn't mean that he wasn't cheerful and pure before the incident ^-^

"Tadaimaaa~ (I hope I remembered this word right lol)" I hummed out, closing our college dorm's door after myself and looking at my roommate.
"Welcome back." Aine smiled at me for a second before returning to type on his laptop.
"Whatcha doing?" I popped down beside him on his bed once I put all of my stuff down. "Chatting with your online friend again?"
"Yup." he answered popping the 'p'.
I curiously peeked in the messages.
"He seems like a nice guy, doesn't he?"
"Well, you can't really see the reality through text messages, can you?"
"No, not really. That's why I'm meeting him this weekend." he simply said as if that would be the most regular thing ever. I choked on my saliva.
"Eh!?"
"And you're coming too!" he smiled innocently.
"EH!?"
"Is that a problem?" he tilted his head a bit.
"... W-Well you can't just meet a stranger like that!" I choked out.
"But he isn't a stranger!" he whined.
"Oh come on, dude. You can never know if this person is some weird gay 80-year-old pedophile dude!!"
"You watch too much movies, [F/N]-chan." he pat my head.
"But...!"
"Plllllleeease."
"... Aine--"
"PLLLLLEEEEEAAaase."
"... You know you should stop hanging out with Reiji. He has a bad effect on you..."
"I take that as a yes. Thanks [F/N]!"
"What? I did NOT--"

The next second, Aine already sent the message "Hey, I'm bringing a friend with me on the weekend, if that's okay."
"AINE!"
"What?"

No it's not okay with you. NO it's not okay with you.

"Fine with me. Looking forward to it" the answer soon came.
"... Ugh..." I groaned, sweatdropping.
"Oh come on. You are my best friend, so do it for me! Okay?" he smiled at me.
"... Fine... Geez..." I mumbled.
"Yay."

Sigh.... My best friend is an idiot.

I looked at my feet, my hands clentched into fists on my lap. My body felt tense as I sat there on the park bench, sweatdropping to myself and biting the inside of my cheeks.

Geez, Aine... You had to miss your train. I don't wanna meet that whoever alone!! Why'd you drag me into this...

I started stomping my foot, looking around the park around me. I sighed and leaned down on the backrest of the bench, looking at the sky.

But that guy is late as well. What if he ditched us? What if they BOTH ditched ME? I probably should just go ho--

"Excuse me."

I got snapped out from my mental whinings as I looked back in front of myself.
"Aine!! Gee, I know you missed your train, but what the heck took you so long!?" I snapped, jumping up from the bench.
"..." Aine blinked at me.
"I was waiting here for at least an hour! Don't tell me - that Reiji friend of yours kept you distracted... You're such a wimp sometimes, Aine."
"... Say what again?" he furrowed his eyebrows, tilting his head.
"... What? Did you hit your head or something? And what's with the new hairstyle?"
"... I believe you are mixing me up with somebody." he sweatdropped a bit. "In fact, I am meeting a person named Aine and his friend here today..."
"... Very funny, Aine. There is no way that you--"
