You and aomine exchanged insults as the both of you were cleaning the room as punishment. It was a normal day for you and aomine to bicker non-stop, earlier, during one of the classes, you and aomine toss crumpled papers to each other, unfortunately one of the papers hit the teacher that was writing on the board.

"that should be enough,... finally i can leave, i can't stand your presence anynore"

You harshly said to aomine, who didn't even respond as he lazily exit the room.

You two exit the building just to stop, it was pouring hard, and you didn't brought your umbrella, you let out a deep sigh as you remember your mother reminding you to always carry an umbrella.

You were prepared to get soaked on the rain, when aomine handed you his umbrella, you confusely look at the umbrella.

"use it"

"how about you? Won't you need it? "

He just scratched the back of his head, looking down on you. A yawn escaping his mouth.

"i have practice, so i wouldn't leave for a while"

He said before walking away, towards the gym, you clutch the umbrella on your hand and look at the pouring rain, an idea struck in your mind as you think of something to thank the idiot.

The practice ended earlier than usual, it was already a surprise that aomine went to practice so they didn't mind when he was the first person to leave.

Outside the gym, aomine stood before the still pouring rain, he was about to run when a very familiar voice called.

He glanced to see you with his umbrella, still in your school uniform.

With that he took the umbrella from your hands, and your bag with his other hand.

"come on, I'll take you home"
