Hey everyone, I am relieved by the positive feedback and reception from the previous part. I was a little apprehensive as well as excited to share this new Fanfiction with you all. I do want to apologize again for any mistakes or if any plot points don't fit. I feel very out of tune as I haven't written a whole new Fanfiction in like... two years xD. I really wanted to try to keep to the original concept while being original and realistic with it which is what I like to do with most of my fanfics.

Huge shout out to Phinabellafan94

For building my confidence in writing on with this pairing and for some help with a little secret project which will stay quiet for now lol. Check out his Phineas and Ferb fanfiction (which I'll leave a link too in the comments of this part), that would be amazing!

Sam finished the song and Luna was left in disbelief and amazement. She never realized how talented Sam was. The softness of her voice and the gentle piano playing from Sam gave Luna butterflies, this time the strongest of all the other times she had that feeling in the pit of her stomach. 'She-she was amazing! I can't believe it!' Luna thought to herself. Luna saw Sam open her eyes in which she quickly backed away against the wall out of view. Luna was breathing heavily, beads of sweat running down the sides of her forehead. Her eyes widened. She had finally figured it out. Luna had realized why she was feeling so weird round Sam. 'I thought of her just as a friend but... I-I like her! I really, really like her!' Luna said to herself in shock. 'But... What do I do?!' Luna added, panicking on what to do next.

Luna composed herself before straightening up and moving away from the wall. Luna entered the bedroom which caught Sam by surprise. "Hey dude, you left ya guitar pick back at mine so I thought I'd bring it round" Luna smiled, handing Sam her pick. "Oh uh, t-thanks Luna" Sam stuttered as she stood up and moved away from her keyboard. "Look, I don't know what's up and why you seem so bummed out but c'mon dude, I miss rockin' out with you" Luna pointed. Sam nodded awkwardly. "I'm sorry Lunes, I didn't mean to run out on you" Sam replied sheepishly. "It's okay, just don't bail on me again okay dude?" Luna joked, winking at her. Sam smiled widely and felt butterflies heavily going round the pit of her stomach. The moment was perfect. She could tell her there and then.

"Well I gotta get back, see you tomorrow?" Luna asked. "Definitely" Sam nodded and smiled. She mentally face palmed herself for letting the perfect moment slip as Luna waved goodbye and left her room. 'I guess I should really remember what my mom said' Sam sighed, still longing to tell Luna. Then she froze as something popped into her head. 'Wait, what if she heard me singing?! That song was about her! She could have been listening!' Sam thought to herself in a panicked tone. Sam ran a hand through her hair and sat down on the edge of her bed. 'Maybe she didn't hear me? She didn't say anything when she came in' Sam said to herself, slowly calming down. Sam sighed and laid back on her bed, feeling an array of emotions and thoughts.

The following day, Luna and Sam walked home together after school. Sam realized this was another perfect opportunity to tell Luna how she felt but she wanted to just avoid talking to her about it for now. Right now, Sam just wanted to hang out with Luna. The pair arrived at Luna's house and they went inside. "Want a drink before we jam out?" Luna asked Sam with a smile. "Yeah okay" Sam replied. Sam went upstairs while Luna went to get some drinks. "Luna, me and Lincoln are going into the city for a few days to visit Bobby and his family" Lori announced, leaning against the counter and texting. "Okay sis" Luna replied. Sam entered Luna's room and set her guitar down.

Sam walked over to Luna's drum kit and sat down. She then picked up the drum sticks and started to lightly and slowly tap out a simple beat. Shortly after, Luna entered the room with two drinks. "Do you play the drums dude?" Luna asked. "A little, it's about the only other instrument I can play" Sam revealed. "Well I can teach you a few things if you like" Luna winked. "Really?" Sam said. "Of course!" Luna grinned. "Thanks Lunes!" Sam exclaimed happily.
