It's been a few weeks since the fight and I decided to give him space.

I find Madi waiting for me at my locker and when I get there she exclaims,"It's the last day of school! Summer is officially starting!"

"I know, Finally! Swimming at my house after?", I ask.

She responds,"uh..yeah! I'll tell Mace. See you later!"

She kisses me then runs away. She'll tell Mace. I haven't actually seen him since.

We would pass in the hall, see eachother in class, or at their house, but we haven't spent more than a minute together since.

He probably won't come, but I really hope he does. If he does maybe we can work things out, but if he needs more time thats fine too.

*Maison's POV*

When Madi told me about going to Landon's I was hesitant, but I admit that I do really miss him.

So I grab my swimming trunks and towel, throwing them in a bag. There's a pound on my door and I open it to my sister who is rushing me to the car.

As we are on the way there I ask,"You're sure if it's ok that I come?"

She chuckles,"Why would it not be ok?" She turns on her blinker then continues,"You've always been allowed over, you know that."

"Yeah, I don't know, never mind I'm just being  weird.", I play it off.

We pull into his driveway and head inside. Mrs.Parker tells us that he is outside that I we can change and head out.

We change and go into the fenced in yard.

Landon steps out of the pool and greats us,"Hey! Glad you came!" He looks at me.

I go to smile but Madi stops me,"I wouldn't miss it! It's finally summer! I've been waiting for when we could swim in here again!",she blabs excitedly.

"Hey can you go make sure my mom is able to get the girls ready, they're leaving. I would, but she'd kill me if I got the floor all wet."

She jogs inside, sliding the door shut, leaving us alone.

He steps closer to me,"I'm glad you're here."

"Me too", I say slowly pushing the hair out of his face.

"I miss you", he says resting his forehead on mine and caressing my arm.

I stare into his eyes and I melt,"I miss you too....Madi will be back soon..."

"Meet me later tonight? A street from your house?", he asks.

I nod and we separate as she comes back.

"I love your little sisters!", Madi says happily. We all start swimming, but I can't stop thinking about meeting up with him tonight. And I'm hoping that that is what he's also thinking about.
