I've tried to talk to him recently but he only gives me two worded answers. I get why he's angry, but its not my fault.
Its not my fault I thought I liked his sister. I decide to take a shower and then go on a walk.
After throwing on my hoodie, I step outside into the cool night air. I start to walk around the corner and bump into someone. I start apologizing until I see who it is.
"Hey..", I say playing with my hoodie string.
"You haven't come over recently. Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, Maddie everything's fine. Sorry, I've just been busy lately with school and everything.", I explain.
"Do you happen to know what's going on with Maison? He's being really distant lately.", she asks me.
I lie," I don't know... we don't really talk too much lately. I should go, I'll see you later?"
She nods and we both keep walking in the directions we were going.
I continue to walk not knowing where I'm going, but my feet take me to his front door. I knock on the door and he pulls it open.
