Chapter 10 - Once:

*Landon's POV*
I wake up with my arms still wrapped around him. I go back to closing my eyes when he shifts in his sleep and wakes up.

I say, "Hey." Smiling and kissing his cheek.

He responds, "Hey...wait, you're still here!"

"Yeah... I kind of fell asleep.", I tell him.

"Good thing Madi and my mom go shopping, while dad works on Saturdays.", he tells me.

I snuggle closer to him and take in the scent of his shampoo.

He turns over, facing me. We're looking into each other's eyes when his move to my lips and mine do the same.

We move closer and our lips connect. He licks my bottom lip asking for more, I allow.

Somehow I end up on top of him. Suddenly, he stops me and I get off. We sit up and he stares into space while I look at him.

"What's wrong? Did I do something?", I ask.

He takes a minute then response, "Have you and Madi had sex?"

I look down at my hands and answer, "Once."

"Oh ok...have you ever done it with anyone else?"

"One girl. It was my first time and it was kind of terrible." , I tell him.

"I'm a virgin...and I'm not ready...", he says.

"That's fine. I wasn't trying to...if that's what you thought. If I wanted to I would have asked. It's all good.", I reassure him.

"Yeah, I don't know if I'll want to, knowing you've fucked my sister...", he snarks.

The doorbell rings and he goes to get it. After a while he doesn't come back so I go downstairs to check on him.

I hear him talking to someone in the kitchen. I look and see his best friend Tyler cooking.

I walk in and say hi running my hand through my hair.

"Hey, are you staying for breakfast?", Tyler asks.

"No, I should get going....bye Mace."

I walk out and stop at the door as I hear Tyler asks, " Who's that? He's hot!"

Maison answers, "No one, he's my sisters boyfriend."

I storm out and drive home.

I'm sorry I didn't know that I'd end up wanting to be with you, so I thought it was a good idea at the time!
