The freighter opened fire upon the Chimaera.
"To your stations" shouted Thrawn with a sense of urgency.
"The man aboard the freighter must be the one I had just encountered on Tatooine" said Maul with no emotion.
Unexpectedly, the ship did not return for another run on the star destroyer. Instead, it blasted by at amazing speed toward the planet of Coruscant.
"We cannot allow him to get to the surface. He must be a part of the Fixed Republic" stated Thrawn.
"The Fixed--what" asked Maul unsure about what Thrawn was speaking of.
"The Fixed Republic. He believed that the Republic government works but also believes that sith should be the guardians instead of the Jedi" responded Thrawn.
"He has escaped us, sir" said Torxen solemnly.
"He is in for a big surprise on that planet" Thrawn stated with a thin grin across his face.
