Cassidy yawned walking into her favourite café, she had left the apartment early so that Fernando could take the children home to his ex-wife; she knew that he was upset about the idea of dropping them off so she wanted to give him some space.
As she ordered herself a drink, Cassidy carefully moved to get herself a newspaper before she headed back to the till; she nibbled on her lip as she thought about her work that needed doing.
“Thanks,” Cassidy said taking her drink and moved to sit at one of the tables in the back of the café; she sat quietly for a moment before she moved to read the front cover of the morning newspaper.
Cassidy choked staring at the headline, her eyes widening at the picture before she cursed knowing that she had to warn Fernando about this; if he didn’t already know.
Shaking her head annoyed, Cassidy quickly pushed herself to her feet and hurried to the counter with her drink.
“Sorry but can I have this to go,” Cassidy said glancing at the clock; she had fifteen minutes to get back to the apartment before her boyfriend left to take Nora and Leo back home.
The barista nodded her head as she quickly moved to get the brunette a cup-to-go so that she could take her drink with her; Cassidy bounced on her heels as she waited to get her drink back before she pulled out her phone.
Pressing it to her ear, she smiled as she quickly thanked the barista then she turned and walked out of the café as she waited for Fernando to answer the phone.
“Thank God! I thought I’d missed you, don’t leave the apartment I’ve just picked up a newspaper and you’ll never guess who’s on the front cover,” Cassidy said hurrying towards her yellow 1977 Chevy Camaro.

Fernando ran a hand through his hair as he stared at the newspaper, he swallowed as read over the headlines; he couldn’t believe that this was the man that Olalla had cheated on him with this man and she had gone to the papers about it.
“Does she really think that by selling this story to the press that I’ll reconsider our divorce?” Fernando said annoyed that his estranged wife had done something like this, it was silly but she had been stupid to think that this would work and even worse she had dragged Cassidy into this.
“I don’t know… but she’ll get a lot of money for that interview,” Cassidy said sitting down at the kitchen table with Fernando, she watched him wondering what they would do now; Olalla had outed his relationship with Cassidy and this would cause them trouble.
“What are we going to do? They are bound to notice that I’m pregnant at some point and it wouldn’t take them long to work out that you were still with Olalla when I fell pregnant,” Cassidy said running her fingers through her hair, she was suddenly very happy that they didn’t have to be at the training ground for a couple more hours.
Fernando looked at his girlfriend, he had already called his agent once he had heard what was going on and confided in him that he had been with Cassidy for eight months now; he hoped that his agent would be able to think of a way to make this right.
“We’ll work it out…” Fernando said taking her hand in comfort, he offered Cassidy a weak smile before his mobile rang; Cassidy flashed him a weak smile as she stood and left him alone.
The footballer sighed watching her leave knowing that this was going to be far from easy; they had lucky already told their families about their relationship before it had come out the way that the way that it had.
“Hola,” Fernando said answering his phone, he didn’t want to speak with his estranged wife after the stunt that she had pulled; he wouldn’t be able to forgive her for this and he wanted his divorce more than ever.
The footballer sighed listening to what his agent had to say, he groaned softly looking over at Cassidy who was on her laptop; she was already closing her twitter and Facebook since she didn’t want to hear the horrible things that people would call her.
“So you want me to be completely honest about the fact that I was cheating on my now estrange wife for seven months before I finally asked her for a divorce three weeks ago?” Fernando said making Cassidy stop what she was doing and look at him, she stared wondering if she had heard him right.
Fernando blinked listening to what his agent had to say, he sighed knowing that he was right especially since Olalla broke the news before he did then she would turn it against him; she would use Fernando’s affair against him so that she could win him back.
“Okay… when?” Fernando said watching Cassidy, she shifted her weight knowing that she wasn’t going like this; even if Fernando’s agent did think that it was for a good idea.
Cassidy sighed moving towards her boyfriend as he nodded his head a couple of times before he hung up the phone and looked at her; she could see in his eyes that he had accepted what had been said.

Olalla stared at George terrified forced his way into her home, she had known that there was going to be some backlash from what she had done; however she hadn’t expected this.
“Why would you do this Olalla?” George snapped throwing down the newspaper that he was holding, he had wanted his name to be known for his work and now it was splashed over the papers for his affair with a footballer’s wife.
Olalla licked her lips feeling tears fill her eyes, she had known that he wouldn’t be happy about this since he was now known as the man that had destroyed Fernando Torres’s marriage; she rested a hand on her stomach watching him.
“I did it so that maybe Fernando would come home… you don’t want me anymore and I need someone, anyone to help me,” Olalla said looking at him, she knew what she had done was wrong but if it got her what she wanted then she didn’t care who she hurt.
Olalla didn’t even care what happened to Fernando’s bit on the side; she just wanted him to come home to her.
George ran a hand through his hair as he laughed bitterly, there was no way that Fernando would take her back after this; he was a private person as much as he was and the footballer wouldn’t appreciate this.
“You really think that he’ll take you back after this?” George asked watching her, he wasn’t going to change his mind about wanting children and he did feel bad about not being there for her.
Olalla blinked looking at the man that she had destroyed her marriage, she had been stupid and she just hoped that Fernando would forgive her.
George shook his head annoyed that he had been forced to come and deal with this, he knew that he was now going to have to cope with the fact that his affair was now out in public and he was going to have to deal with it.
“I hope you know what you are doing Olalla,” George said making the brunette look at him worried.
