A Fateful Meeting (Sequel to A Life-Changing Encounter)

Chapter 6

I've been staying with Colby for just over three months now and everything is perfect. I've met his best friend, Sam, a couple of times and we've gotten along really well, which, I can tell, makes Colby really happy. I mean, who wouldn't be happy that their best friend and girlfriend get along really well. We've also filmed a couple of videos with Sam, which is actually more fun than I expected it to be. Colby calls me his girlfriend now and I blush every time he says it. I can't believe that a guy as amazing as Colby Brock is my boyfriend. 

Colby and I have decided to go back to Jade in time for her due date. We want to be able to meet the little one as soon as she's born. I have always said to Jade that, if she has a child, they're going to call me auntie but I never thought I would actually be their auntie. Jade's always said the same about me. 

I always get really bad anxiety when flying so when Colby and I flew to the UK I snuggled up to him the whole flight. I was on the brink of having a panic attack but, once we were in the air, I went straight to sleep and didn't wake up until Colby woke me up for the landing. Landing always really hurts my ears and I can't hear properly for a while, therefore, I was dreading the landing. I was in so much pain I was crying and rocking back and forth. Nothing I did helped; I'd tried everything that's supposed to help when flying. 

We had to get a taxi from the airport to get to Jade's and that was another hour of traveling. By the time we arrived at Jade's, I just wanted to eat my weight in pizza and chocolate and just sleep. Luckily, Jade knows me well and had everything ready for when we arrived. We all sat on the sofa, snuggled up to each other. I was laying against Colby and Jade was laying against me whilst Dan massaged her feet. COUPLE GOALS! We watched a horror movie and all fell asleep on the sofa, buried by blankets, huddling together. Everything was perfect.
