Today, Jade is going for a twenty-week scan. I demanded that she called me as soon as she finished to tell me everything. We were on the phone up until she went in for her appointment, whilst she was in there, I was pacing back and forth, checking my phone every ten seconds. I  drove myself crazy just waiting. After what seemed like forever, I got a call and answered immediately.

"Bitch, what took so long?"

"I wasn't that long."

"You were, anyway, doesn't matter. Tell me everything. Is the baby ok?"

"Yeah, she's perfectly healthy."

"She?"

"Yeah, it's a girl," I screamed with excitement. I stayed on the phone with her until she got home then left to go to hers to have another night of chilling and stuffing our faces.

When I arrived, she decided to call her brother to tell him the good news. I could hear my heartbeat, I was so nervous just hearing his voice.

"Hey, Colby."

"Hey Jade, any news?"

"It's a girl," Jade answered excitedly.

"Oh my god, I can not wait to spoil her rotten. My little niece." Jade was smiling so much I'm surprised her cheeks weren't sore.

"So what you doing today?"

"Just chilling with Demi, she bought lots of food and we're gonna watch films. Dan is visiting his family for a few days. I called him earlier to tell him though."

"Wait, Demi's there?"

"Yeah..."

"Can I talk to her please?" My heart began racing and I thought I was going to throw up.

"Yeah, of course, one second." She handed me the phone despite me shaking my head frantically.

"Hey Colby," I said awkwardly. Jade left us alone to talk.

"So how are you."His voice still makes my heart skip a beat.

"I'm great, what about you?"

"I'm good too, thanks." We spoke for nearly an hour, joking.

"I really miss you, Demi."

"I miss you too," I replied, holding back tears.

"We will have to see each other again soon."

"Yeah."

"Well I need to go, me and Sam a going to be filming a video. See you later baby girl."

"Bye Colby." I hung up the phone and broke down.

Jade came running down the stairs when she heard me crying and practically threw herself on me.

"I can't do this, I really, really miss him," I said, through my sniffling, whilst wiping my nose on Jade. I don't think she minded, she didn't say anything at least.

"I know you do. Hey, I have an idea. How about I give you his new address and you can go and visit him?" My eyes lightned up to the suggestion.

"You'd really do that?"

"I'd do anything to make you happy." I hugged Jade even tighter and thanked her. What did I do to deserve such a great friend?  After I'd stopped crying, we watched films and ate all the food I bought. I stopped round hers and made sure she was okay. I worry about her alot, all the time. I don't think she realises that I'm not going anywhere, I love her to much to just let her go. I will be there for her, no matter what.
