I Wish You Liked Boys

      Barry loved to let his feelings out but only through song. So every Friday he told his friend he was going to the library but he was really going to a small piano bar just outside of the new Star City. He sang under the name Scarlet Speedster.

One Friday he went there at around 6 so he could warm up. He went on at 6:30 and started with a cover of the song "the broken hearts club" by Gnash.

Barry finished off the song and the small crowd of 30 or so applauded.

After the Gnash song, he did two other ones and then took a small break before he went back up and sang two more songs before he got to his personal favorite. A parody of "I wish you liked girls". He started to play the intro on the ukulele in his hands.

Barry didn't like the next lyric so he continued to play while he spoke. "This song goes out to a good friend of mine Oliver, who will never feel the same way or ever hear this song but that's okay because it's still for him," he said and then continued into the chorus and the bridge.

Barry trailed off and his hands stopped playing as he spotted Oliver leaning against the back wall his eyes locked with Barry's. Oliver stood from the wall and moved up to the small stage. Barry stood looking at Oliver scared. "Ollie I..." he trailed off not knowing what to say. Oliver took a step up onto the stage and Barry backed up but Oliver took a step closer to him cause him to back up scared. "I'm not going to hurt you bear," he said his voice only loud enough for Barry to hear as well as soft and calming. Barry looked at Oliver confused but he didn't back away as Oliver stepped close to him there bodies inches apart and Barry was scared again. Barry didn't back away but flinched when Oliver's hand moved up surprising the speedster when Oliver's hand was gently on his cheek a few seconds later. Barry looked up at Oliver scared only to find a soft calm look on the usual moonstone face. "How could you ever think I wouldn't love someone as amazing as you" Oliver spoke quietly. Barry blushed "i... w-what" He stuttered. "I've been in love with you since that day you showed up on my crime scene" Oliver spoke softly and calmly and the speedster had never seen so much emotion in the archer. Barry blushed smiling shyly. Oliver smiled and leaned forward hesitating just long enough to give the other time to pull away and when he didn't he leaned forward and kissed Barry softly. Barry kissed back blushing deeply. The crowd clapped happily as they pulled apart but The duo didn't even notice they were lost in each other's eyes.
