A/n: Hey guys! I apologize for not updating! I didn't have enough content to publish and didn't want to give you all a short chapter. Originally, because of that, I had planned on writing a bonus alternate universe chapter inspired by some fan art I found, but then realized the art contained some spoilers. (Also because I kinda got lazy halfway, but we won't talk about that) And uhh, yeah. Again, I am so sorry for the unprecedented delay.

"Ah! That's why you look familiar!" A sudden voice exclaims from the boat. Everyone turns to the source, which is Narancia. "You're the girl that gave me the groceries after I lit the street on fire!"

He immediately clamps his hands over his mouth, regretting his abrupt outburst.

Smiling sweetly, I greet the boy back. "Glad you remember me, Narancia."

"There's no doubt. You're the one who defended the enemy." Bruno, who has now exited from the turtle, says.

Then Mista joins in on recognizing me.

"I didn't get a good look at your face, but by looking at your clothes. . . Aren't you the girl I bumped into at Marina Grande?" The teen questions, rubbing his chin and tilting his head. "Hey Giorno, do you know her too?"

Said blond stares at me intently, causing me to break into a cold sweat. What the heck? I'm not even guilty of anything! . . . Other than saving a bunch of fan art and cosplays of them.

And no, they are NOT that dirty stuff.

"You're the new girl in school."

He didn't mention anything about Polpo and the incident with Black Sabbath. . . I can see why he wouldn't yet since there's other members nearby, but that has me thinking. . .

Did Giorno ever tell Bucciarati anything about what he did to Polpo? From what I remember, it never really showed whether he did or not.

Placing my hands on to my hips, I let out a deep breath before speaking.

"This will take a lot of explaining to do, so you all might want to step off the boat for a bit. I'm sure the boss wouldn't mind too much." I invite, turning around and walking towards a bench.

Remember (f/n), don't spoil it for them. Not yet.

They all oblige, and I do my best to convince them to let me join their mission.

Crap, I didn't think about this! How can I convince them to have me come along?

"Well?" Abbachio asks impatiently.

I begin to sweat, looking anywhere but into their eyes as I try to come up with an excuse. "Uhh. . ."

"The boss sent me!"

The gang's eyes widen.

Geez, I'm in real trouble now. Might as well dig my own grave.

"Y-yes! The boss sent me to protect you guys! Oh yes! Uhh, you see I'm one of their elite guards and since the boss isn't quite sure how many of you are left, he sent me as an extra precaution." I stutter out. "This was a last minute decision of theirs. Originally I was supposed to observe from afar, so they didn't state it in the disc here."

Everyone looks at me with uncertainty.

"I-I even have the button for proof!"

Reaching down, I quickly pull out the gold button and toss it to them, Bucciarati catching it. With my hands up, they closely inspect the button.

"Fine then."

He returns the button to me and I give him the CD. I sigh in relief.

"But!"
