The whole class was silent, nobody dared to move. Ross and Ann were pale, they don't like where this is going. Ace, on the other hand, was enjoying this inevitable clash between the two but their glaring contest was getting out of hand.

"Break it up." Ace said still leaning on the door frame. He didn't bother to move from his position. This was actually a power move he loves to make so that he can say, "Don't make me come there."

Ronnie took her phone and went over to her chair, all the while maintaining eye contact with Cole. "Busy body." Ronnie said.

"Secretive." Cole retorted. The two shook their heads at each other with a smile. "Did you get my coconut milk?"

The class breathed out in relief as they got set into motion once more. "Yeah. I even got some coconut bread." Ronnie put a small bag on Cole's desk.

"You know me so well." Cole winked with a sly grin.

"Aww, I'm touched." Ronnie gave a mocking smile, she stuck out her touch at him and he winked again. Ace smiled, the power move always works. He shared a nod with the relieved Ross as they got on track once more.

Ace sighed out in relief. "I'm glad we got that over with." The exhausted five were currently walking towards their street. They were so tired from a long two hours of work.

"This is getting so stressful." Ross voiced out getting groans of agreement from Ann and Ronnie.

"Are you complaining?" Cole asked. "After the salary I'm paying you guys?" Ace and Ronnie rolled their eyes as Cole started a speech. They always zoned out, they weren't surprise to see Ann and Ross attentively listening in to see whether their boss would ask them any questions, something Cole loves doing in the middle of his address to them. They had actually stopped in the middle of the street to listen to Cole.

"Can we go to Favourite diner now?" Ace asked after trying to listen to Cole but just couldn't. The faces of his other workers lit up, finally a way out.

"The genius that comes out of your mouth, Acey." Ronnie smiled slightly punching his shoulder.

"Ow." Ace said rubbing his shoulder with Ronnie's. "You're so strong, but still so cute."

"Let's go!!" Ronnie laughed pushing Ace towards the direction of 'Favourite diner' leaving Cole to talk to himself.

"I can't believe you just left me." Cole grumbled glaring at his employees.

They sat in a booth far from the window, Cole and Ace opposite Ann and Ronnie with Ross sitting at the inside. Cole watched as they ignored him, Ann sipped on her soda, Ross drank his chocolate milk, Ronnie stared blankly at him drinking her chocolate milkshake, while Ace was on his phone as he played with the straw of his chilled orange juice.

"I'm talking to you guys!" Cole's sudden rise in tone made Ann and Ross flinch.

"Calm down, red." Ronnie said looking around at the few heads that turned their direction. "You're causing a scene."

Ace nodded. "So dramatic. I think it's the red hair."

"Definitely the red hair." Ronnie agreed, she did a fistbump with Ace before laughing.

"Hey stop that, that's our thing." Cole said. His friends just continued making explosion noises with their mouths. "You two need to serious help." Cole deadpanned. Ronnie put her head on Ace's shoulder and Ace put his head on Ronnie's as they gave a creepy smile making Cole cringe.

Ronnie and Ace laughed at Cole's expression, they've accomplished their mission. Cole blank face turned into a hard glare making the duo laugh more.
