Two years passed since Dakota and I have started dating and he has been dropping hints that a marriage proposal will be coming soon. I was currently getting ready for a date with him tonight which I was assuming was at a fancy restaurant considering he wanted me to look nice, I didn't have to be there until 8 and I only had thirty minutes to finish getting ready.
I pulled up to the restaurant five minutes early, I seen him sitting at a table and noticed that he looked nervous I quietly walled over towards him and cleared my throat letting him know I was here, he quickly stood up and pulled the chair out for me to sit in before he sat back down across from me...
Luna: sorry I'm late, traffic picked up halfway here...
Dakota: it's okay I arrived thirty minutes early so I could get a good table.
Luna: you really didn't have to pay for a expensive place, I would have been fine with an ice cream and a nice walk on the beach...
