Description: Hey! How are ya?
Ayeka Takagu is a girl that you don't want to mess with. With secrets swarming her about her parents desth, she goes to her uncle's home to finish schooling. After inheriting her parents companies. Ayeka Takagi is now one of the top most companies in Japan, owning a software company, Hitoshi Co. and owning a studio where she pumps out hit films. Being a high school student and Ouran Academy should be easy...
It is so not.
Ayeka is a well known actor, can she act her way out of this one?
Prologue: The funeral.
Those two words choked up feelings and burnt them all in one action.
The rain wasn't helping either, nor was Auntie Ranka crying profusely about not being able to pay finances.
"Aye-chan, I'm... Sorry~ I couldn't even pay for a bouquet of her favorite flowers!" She exclaimed as her attitude almost did a 180, "are you sure you want to move in? My sister wasn't very fond of me... Nor was your father."
"Oba, I'd rather not live with Sobo Hina," I say putting up my facade. Her eyes widened before she let out a small giggle.
"Dear. How are you the giggle here?" She asked as I realized that we were standing around the grave of my mother, father and unborn brother Akito.
"It's because we are the only one's left. So, may I come live with you and Haruhi?" I asked as I stared blankly.
"Of course! You can stay as long as you want to. Haruhi should be at home by now, she went out with that host club anyways." Oba Ranka said with a slight frown, as long as I kept her distracted from the funeral, she'll not cry. I hate it when she ruins her makeup. Then I'll have to do it all over again, its really such a painto get Ranka to sit still for longer than... Twenty minutes.
"This host club. You mean the Ouran High School Host Club founded by Suoh, Tamaki about two years ago?" I asked. I thought about going to Ouran already and dug around a bit. Getting into their software was easy so I searched up everything that Haruhi has done. Apparently, Haruhi is seen as a boy now. Isn't it funny?
"Really? You've heard of them? Oh... I forgot," she said before gulping a bit before adding, "I forgot my sister owned the most well-known software company. I'm such a bad auntie!" She shrieked before sobbing and adding, "and a bad sister!"
I hugged her taking on a motherly role before pulling away and saying a line from the movie I am rehearsing.
"Oba, being bad at something you aren't used to is natural, remember what matters. I still love you either way," I say and felt the character I was playing as flare up and the familiar feeling I get that is endorphin enducing and relaxing came to me.
"Was that from Player Part? The one about a girl who can't choose between acting and videogames but eventually chooses making a videogame that is about acting, even though she is bad at both," Ranka hit the head on the nail... Wait, hit the nail on the head? I can't remember... This will plague my nightmares. Ranka and I started walking away. Our combined heels clicking on the concrete when we hit it. The air being stuffy since the rain stopped.
I sweatdrop and put my facade on, "so you've been keeping track of Takagi Enterprise," I say genuinely impressed, but dare not show my actual emotions about this. "I'm an actor. I have to push all of my real feelings down to play the part. Even when I lose who I am."
"And this one must be Charlisle Island. The actor with split personality disorder that gets sent to the asylum to be tested and comes out one person after extensive therapy," she said giving me the look. You know, the one that means that you aren't doing something right, but they won't tell you with words? That's the one.
"Ah, I should stop," I say taking my favorite role and playing it. It's me. I love being myself and a few minutes ago I would've been crying. So I let myself hide behind Lez Lerita, an American who is all business. I made her up myself. I'm proud.
"Yes, you should," Ranka said, a bit blunt but in a joking manner.
"I see where Haruhi gets her attitude from," I say as we got to Ranka's car.
She didn't comment on that but I knew she was glowing, I could practically hear it.
We left to home. I already had everything of mine moved to their house. Everything small. I asked if they wanted to move anywhere but they were in a good place between Ouran and Oba's work place.
Stepping into the house I was enveloped in a hug by Haruhi. She quickly released me and smiled.
"Ayeka! It has been forever," Haruhi said after calming down.
"Indeed."
"Jeez, lighten up Ayeka! So, why are you moving in?" She asked before I shoy a glare at Oba who quickly covered the girls mouth.
"Haruhi! We... Have something to tell you," she started.
"There was a boat crash, they were on vacation. They are gone."
Haruhi tool a few moment's to think. Her eyes dulled a bit and a weak smile grew on her face. It was a concerned smile.
"I'm fine Haruhi."
"No you're not. I know what it's like to lose one. But, it must hurt more to lose both," she grappled me in a tight hug and tears were on my back in a matter of seconds. I hugged her back and suddenly we were both crying like no tomorrow.
Just like when we were kids. Haruhi's mother was like my mother only.... She was kinder and had a few different ways of parenting.
Ranka was crying to herself on her own. Her tears ruined her makeup. "Gah! Oba! Your makeup it took me an hour!"
"Sorry, Ayeka. It's just, you're handling it so well. Are you sure you want to go to school tomorrow?" She said patting my shoulder.
"Yeah. I'm sure. You know, gotta watch Haruhi for ya." I whisper and Ranka became absolutely hysterical.
