Malalim ang gitla ng noong nagtataka padin habang hawak hawak ang flashdrive na ibinigay ni Ruby, Whatever inside this, must be really important. I sighed, akmang muli akong papasok sa loob ng kwarto para kunin ang laptop ko nang may tumawag sa pangalan ko, It's Reyanne's father.

"May I have a word with you Ranaldi?"

Seryosong tanong nito, Again I glanced at the flashdrive saka ibinulsa iyon. I nodded at Mr Diega waiting for him to utter a word.

"You're already too successful Mr Ranaldi, You almost have everything, how can you be so sure that you won't leave my daughter?"

Diretsahang tanong nito, I stared at him with a serious expression on my face.

"How can I leave my everything sir?"

Sambit ko sabay ngisi napailing nalamang ito.

"I don't fully trust you, But please do me a favor."

Humugot ito ng malalim na hininga bago muling nagsalita.

"Take care of her please treasure her... A thing I never did in the first place."

Ngiti nito, I was a bit stunned at the momment he said that.

"Reyanne looks exactly like her mom. That's why I could never look at her, It always just reminds me of the mistake I did."

He then sighed as his hands turned into fist.

"I didn't had an affair, I raped her mother, I threatened her not to tell anyone or else I'll kill her and then Reyanne came, Her mother comitted a suicide after giving birth to her. I am not the best father she could ever have, I didn't even let her feel that I am, so If it's okay and if it wouldn't bea bit too much to ask, I want to give you the responsibility I didn't do because I don't think I'm worth it,I just realized that I've brought so much pain upon her. So please, take care and protect her, Love her trully because she didn't get it from me at those times when she needed it the most."

Malungkot na sambit nito, I sighed.

"But I don't think it's too late para makabawi kayo."

Saad ko, umiling lang ito saakin saka tumalikod na.

"Don't mind me, Just take care of her and my grandson."

Huling saad nito saka tuluyan ng umalis sa harapan ko.

"What was that?"

I was a bit dumbfounded, But then I remembered the flasdrive, muli ko itong kinuha mula sa bulsa ko saka pumasok na ng kwarto. I smiled seeing Emori and Reyanne, Lumapit ako sa mga ito at hinalikan sila sa noo. I managed to get my laptop and then I went to my office on this house, isinaksak ko ang flashdrive roon. There I saw one folder, Ruby even named it "Lucas malandi ka" napailing lang akong binuksan iyon. There I saw a video presentation, Nangunot ang noo kong pinlay iyon.

My eyes focused on the screen, Based on the date it was taken years ago and if I'm not mistaken it's a footage on Kristine's party on their private Island. Malinaw ang kuha ng cctv kaya naman ay kitang kita mo ang buong pangyayari mula sa kinalalagyan nito. Tumuon ang atensyon ko kay Reyanne nang mahagip ito ng camera, She's with jonarlene and Kristine and damn she looks really stunning on that dress.

Nakita ko rin ang paglapit ni Nickos sakanya nang maiwan siya ng mga kaibigan niya, The two had a few drinks, but then Nickos got his phone from his pocket, mukang may tumawag rito, He then left Reyanne alone. Nangunot ang noo ko nang may lumapit ritong lalaki, he's offering her a drink...

Saglit akong natigilan saka nirewind ang video kung saan may kausap si Nickos sa phone. Naningkit ang mata ko nang makita ang lalaking malapit sa gawi nila na pasimpleng may inilalagay na kung ano sa inumin.
