"Congratulations Reyanne, you're pregnant"

I sighed as I remembered what chase told me that day, it's been a week already since I stayed at Ruby's unit, hindi naman na daw niya masyadong nagagamit kaya naman ay dito niya muna ako pinatuloy. Kris on the other hand is staying here with me, baka daw kasi ay kung ano pang magawa ko.

A life is growing inside me...

I still think I don't deserve this, I'm still scared... But this time, I won't let anyone harm you, I won't loose my child again...

"I still think Lucas have to know."

Seryosong sambit ni Kristine na nagpabuga nalamang saakin ng marahas na hangin.

"I know but---"

I didn't finish my sentence when Kris cutted it.

"Enough of your selfishness Reyanne, you have face your fears to conquer it, I've warned you multiple times  already!"

Kris sighed as she massaged her temples.

"I know it's really hard on your side but please give yourself a chance to be happy. You already had a week to think, Nakiusap ka pa nga kay Ruby na wag hayaang mahanap ka ni Lucas dahil hindi ka pa ready pero jusko kailan ka magiging handa? Today is Leigh and Tyson's wedding hindi pwedeng hindi ka umattend kaya sa ayaw at sa gusto mo haharapin mo yang si Lucas na nakakabwisit na, Ilang beses na kaming kinukulit ng lalaking yun! Nababaliw na ata."

Reklamo nito habang nakapamewang na humarap saakin, Napayuko ako roon. I miss Lucas and Emori....

Kris again cutted my sentence.

"Face the reality Reyanne, stop blaming yourself from something you didn't even want to happen, remember that I'm always here okay? me, Jonarlene, Ruby, All of us. Kung mag isa kang lumaban dati then we won't let that happen again, kasama mo kami Rey plus there's Lucas and Emori and that precious life inside you, you don't have to be scared, what happened in the past won't happen again, we won't let it okay? Tutulungan ka namin kaya tigilan mo na ang pagsasarili sa mga problema mo, you will never be a bother to us"

Hindi na ako naka imik bagkus ay mahigpit ko siyang niyakap.

"Thank you for everything kris..."

"Anyways let's get going, baka malate tayo sa kasal."

Sambit nitong nagpatango nalamang saakin. We started fixing ourselves, inabot din kami ng mahigit isang oras sa pag aayos.

"Is it just me or I look kinda different?"

Kunot noong tanong ko habang nakatitig sa sariling repleksyon sa life size mirror na nandirito. Kristine shooked her head on me.

"Pregnancy glow honey."

She said while grinning as she shrugged her shoulders.

"I'm not actually like this when I first got pregnant, I look kinda haggard and tired everytime."

I uttered, but telling her about it made me somewhat sad, but I chose to just smile at her this time. Kristine smiled back as she patted my shoulders.

"Let's go then, I'm sure Leigh is already waiting for us."

She said then winked at me, I nodded my head on her as we headed downstairs. Nang makarating kami ng parking lot ay agad naming nahanap ang sasakyan ni kris saka kami sumakay roon patungo sa pagdadausan ng kasal. I heaved a deep breath as I look outside the car's window, My hands are trembling, My knees feels weak. I'm really nervous about facing Lucas, plus I want to say sorry to Emori, for leaving without a word. It's just that I'm too emotional and somewhat frustrated ever since I learned about my pregnancy that I didn't think of anything other than my fear.
