Luna was pretty much useless except for that moment so I can't hate her. She's the one that brought them together.

Previously : Anyways, I was awake so why not just give him a bath like I was supposed to do yesterday.

For this chapter
I grabbed him carefully, placing my hands on his stomach, and made my way towards the shower room as Chibi struggled to get down. After putting up a little fight to keep him in my arms, I finally made it to my destination where I've finally let him place his feet on the ground. Happy to be on the floor again, the dog barked and made circles around my figure. Cracking a smile, I pull up my pants for them to not get wet and placed Chibi in the tub, looking a little scared. After comforting him, I checked if the water was warm enough before softly spraying it on its fur which he enjoyed a few seconds later. I added the shampoo that I usually use to wash him since I didn't have one for dogs and rinced him off. Taking a towel in the cabinet, I dried him off and placed him back on my bed, but it seemed like sleeping was not one of his intentions. Instead, Chibi jumped down and ran downstairs in a flash. I let out a sigh as it disappeared from my view and prepared myself for school. Done changing into my uniform, I checked the time ; 6:18. Maybe I had time to go get some food for Chibi to eat while I'm away at school. I made my way downstairs to go check on the dog and there it was, waiting at the door. He probably wanted to go outside. Not having a leash, I let him free in the backyard, making sure that the doors were locked. I made a quick trip to the closest store and came back in a flash with a whole bag of dog food in my hands. I got Chibi back inside and served him the food in a spare bol that was laying in the corner and almost never used. Starving, he ate everything and left a few before going to play with my old shoe. It was only 7:02. I packed my bag, bringing my camera with me like usual and made myself a breakfast well earned. After being done with my plate, I washed it to put it away and made my way out. Getting at school early wasn't that much of a deal. Maybe I could even take a longer path this time.

I walked across the small roads, almost too empty for my own comfort as the air started to get a little bit more cold despite having the sun coming out. I suddenly had a bad feeling about today. I hope that the newspaper thing won't be too much of a deal.

Boy I guessed wrong. Everyone was talking about it, out loud or whispering behind my back. I already felt like going home the second I set foot in this large building. The newspaper was still up, of course. Hurrying myself towards my classroom, I caught with the corner of my eye, the beautiful Cindy just drinking an Arizona, alone for once. Nobody walked near her and it was pretty clear that she was getting excluded, just because of me. Feeling guilty, I wanted desesperatly to comfort her, but I knew that I was in no place to do so. If I was to walk towards her, everything and I mean everything would get worse, so I ignored the pain in my heart and walked away before she could lay her eyes on me. Now I had another problem : Johan. If I was to cross paths with him, I was to be beaten, way more than before. He had this obvious crush on Cindy. Fearing the guy, I disappeared in the classroom and hoped for the best until my next gym class. I was to never get out of these four walls again except for getting in and out of school. It felt like my forteress.

Noctis's P.O.V (finally)

Prompto was nowhere in sight. I didnt see him in the halls and either at the cafeteria. I thought that he was sick at first, but after asking a girl, I began to doubt as she said that he was at school. Maybe it's because of that newspaper thing that Iris wrote. He was hiding from the school- from that selfish boy! What was his name again? Jonas or something like that? Anyways, feeling guilty for some reason, I pulled myself away from the small crowd surrounding me and headed towards the newspaper room, knowing for a fact that she always eats there when she's not around me. Maybe I should tell Gladio about all of that and let him do the rest, but it seemed like too much of a punishment. She didn't deserved it. He was too scary, even for her. Not even bothering to knock, I pushed the door open to see Iris tense up at the sight of me while she ate her dumplings. I came to sit down next to her as the door closed on its own and before I could open my mouth to speak, she started rambling. "Noctis! I'm so sorry! I was just so desperate for some content for the newspaper and I just typed something that was obvious to everyone! My newspaper was about to get shut down you see?? So I just did anything- Im so sorry, I didnt meant to offend you as I wrote this! Please don't tell Gladdy about it!" She was shaking. Trying to calm her down, I placed a hand on her shoulder, letting her know that I was not angry and she relaxed a little. "Don't worry, I won't tell your brother. I don't like it when he's mad because he makes my already hard training even worse. Just apologise to Prompto." I told her.

"And Cindy too. Okay, that's what I'll do, right now! Do you know where they are ?" She asked me as I looked at her, confused. Oh right, there was that girl too. I shrugged my shoulders as a response and she left, giving herself the mission to find them. Now alone in the room, I ate one of her dumplings as my eyes stopped on a copy of the newspaper, resting on her desk. That Cindy was really pretty.

Im so sorry for the long wait! I hope you don't hate me ^^ I'll make sure that the next part comes earlier.
