The Alpha's Stubborn Mate

Morgan here. I'm as you can say an outcast. An Omega. I'm quite famous actually. I love rebelling. Before I was an Omega everyone knew me as the Beta's daughter. My seventeenth birthday my parents wanted me to marry a neighboring Alpha's son because his mate rejected him. He's scrawny and wimpy and just not my type so I said no, I mean what kind of of werewolf is scrawny and wimpy, I refuse to date someone I feel like I could beat up, but their reply was 'marry him or you're no longer our daughter'. So I became an omega, as a seventeen year old I believe that I should be able to find my own mate, for goddess sake I wasn't even eighteen yet. When a werewolf turns eighteen that's when there wolf sniffs out for their mate or something like that. Tomorrow is that day. My birthday.

I decided to walk to the pack house, well the first one. The first one is the biggest one, filled with werewolves who have political power. The second one is filled with regular werewolves. And the third is for servants that lost or got kicked out their previous pack and crossed onto our land and pledged to not bring chaos and they shared with the omegas.

I finally got to the big house. I stood there for a minute before deciding to ring the doorbell. A couple of seconds later a servant answered the door. Her eyes widened as she gasps but not saying anything. I gave her a slight smile then walked past her. I travel to the living room seeing a couple of high tier werewolves, some gave me a weird or questioning look other's didn't care and continues to do their work in peace. Luckily no one stopped me and asked questions or sent me away. I traveled through the first floor of the house until I decided to check the garden, and there i found my mother and the luna. I walked up to them. "Hi mom." I said. She turned around and she just stood there dumbfounded. I turned toward the luna and bowed my head she gave a nod and smiled, her whole face lit up. I wish I could lit up like she does, I guess its a luna thing. Just then the Alpha, the Alpha's son and my dad walks in and stops and looks at me. The Alpha smiles and hugs me. "It's nice to see you again."He said. "Yeah. It's good to be seen." I replied I then heard a high pitch squeal that can could break glass followed by a blonde and blue eyed creature known as Violet, my best friend, running arms open and everything and jumping into my arms.

"OMG! I missed you so much!" she squealed. I hugged her back, "I missed you more." I replied. My dad cleared his throat. I glanced up at him. "Have you changed you mind?" he asked I scuffed. I can't believe he could ask that, and that one comment really pushed me over the edge. I could feel my eye turn it's golden color and in response his turned too. We did a stare down, I usually do it when I'm completely fed up with my parents nonsense, and I am. I'm going to win this time. The stare down let on for a at least three minute I soon growled of frustration, and the fact that he's not backing down made me so mad, I soon heard a gasped and noticed my father backed down. He shook his head in disappointment of I'm guessing, himself. "I'm getting old, and you're getting stronger." he sighed. The Alpha chuckles. I smirk."Since we're all here I want to make announcement. As of tomorrow I will step down, we'll celebrate Morgan coming back and her birthday and added on excitement Vince will become Alpha." He announced. I almost forgot Vince was here. Before I knew it Violet was dragging me out the garden. "We have to find you the perfect dress for your birthday and the celebration." she giggled. I quietly followed her. As we made it to her room she turned and faced me wide eyed. "I just realized you're turning eighteen, you could possibly find your mate tonight." she finished grinning. Yep she's a weirdo.
