The next day, a joyous Alexandra Salvatore returned to The Salvatore Boarding School with her brother. The news of her time spent in the Necromancer's head had spread around the school. Apparently some of the students had seen Nate carrying a distressed looking Alex. But she didn't care. They could stare if they wanted. It was a horrible experience for her but something good came out of it. She got to meet her Uncle Stefan and give her father the validation that he was at peace. For once, the girl could say that she was actually happy. Alex accepted the looks with a smile. She was also in a forgiving mood. Nate was honestly just happy that his sister was okay. If she would have died, he didn't know what he would've done. Hope and Dr. Saltzman had came back to the school with Landon and a pretty ancient vase. The three had been knocked unconscious and could not recall the events that had occurred earlier in the day.

When they had awoken, the vase was just there so Hope decided it was better to have it at the school than just have a key to Malivore out there. Alex had seen the vase. It was clearly an Egyptian artifact. There were hieroglyphics on the side that glowed orange. Hope decided that the two should hide the vase themselves. When Alaric went to go check on one of the younger children in the kids dorms, the two took the vase and went to their room to hide it.  On the walk there, Hope wanted to apologize for the torment Alex had went through. "Xan, I'm so sorry that you went through that to try and help me" She blurted out. "Hope, you don't have to apologize. Seriously. It's okay. If I wouldn't have followed you in there, I would've never gotten to speak to Stefan" Alexandra said. "Uh, okay" Hope nodded, surprised that the girl forgave her so easily. The girls entered the room and locked the door.

"So where are you thinking?" Hope asked. Alex laughed and moved to the space between their beds. She lifted up the area rug, throwing it to the side. Hope was confused as to what she was doing since she was seeing nothing but the regular floor. Alexandra bent down and placed her hand on the ground, "Ipsum revelare." A flat black safe appeared that required a pin to open. Hope kneeled on the ground, putting her face on the floor to see how perfectly it was installed into the floor. "You've had a safe in the middle of our room this entire time?!" She asked, shocked. "No! Well not the whole time. Only since like Freshman year" Alex said as if it was better. "You are something else, Alexandra Salvatore" Hope said putting out her fist. "As are you, Hope Mikaelson" Alex said, connecting their hands. "What were you even keeping in here?" Hope asked as she watched the girl open the safe.

"Weed" She responded simply before quieting her voice, "And these knives I made." "What do you mean 'knives I made'?" Hope asked, picking up the black box and opening it, "Alex, is this what I think it is?" She lied and shook her head but nodded when Hope gave her a look. "So I may have gotten your Uncle Kol's number out of your phone while you were sleeping..." Alex led off. "What?! Why?!" Hope exclaimed. "Because I knew Davina would say no" She said. Hope placed her head into her hands. "Kol was more than happy to help. You know, he still remembers the incantation that his witches used. It wasn't hard for me to find a paragon diamond with a locator spell and some teleportation" Alexandra said honestly, "But anyway, remember the mission!" She took the vase and placed it into the safe before shutting and locking it carefully. "Dude, we're totally gonna talk about this later" Hope said.
